This software has been really good to work with....it's very simple and effortless to use from start to finish. Overall it runs very smoothly and performs well without any hiccups or frustrating delays. It just does what it's supposed to do which makes the whole experience pleasant and productive.

“faster setup and training
Pros
Getting new staff up to speed is easy and the system is very user friendly overall. Setting up rates and handling channel management is much simpler compared with other platforms I've used before.
Cons
It's honestly difficult to point out any real negatives because I've genuinely enjoyed using the product, going all the way back to the server based version in 2007.

Pros
It's impressive how many features the team keeps adding and improving. There's a huge range of functions in the system and I probably haven't even explored or used all of them yet. It's clearly designed to suit all kinds of properties from caravan parks right through to 5 star resorts.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing to complain about. It has been faultless.

They sound very convincing when they pitch the product and make it seem valuable but once the training fee is paid they basically disappear. It ended up taking me a full two months just to get the software set up.
Cons
After the system was finally installed the Airbnb calendar had serious issues and my properties stayed closed for an entire month during peak season. Meanwhile the company seemed unavailable because they were off celebrating their vacations. On top of that they refused to return the AED 1700 training fee even though they promised training and delivered software full of errors.

The online booking feature worked reasonably well.
Cons
The system kept crashing several times throughout the day and even a basic transaction could sometimes take up to 10 minutes.

After finally getting through by phone their rep Tas was incredibly helpful. Earlier interactions had left us feeling as though we were being treated like we didn't know anything so this was a much better experience.
Cons
It took far too long to track down a phone number so we could actually speak with the help line.

Pros
The functions are strong and the system is very user friendly. The automated help topics along with the visual guides are extensive and cover most questions. When they don't the support team (whether through service requests or over the phone) has been incredibly helpful and well informed so I've always been able to sort things out even though I've had plenty of questions.
Cons
One area that still throws me off is setting up new rates. I'm never quite sure whether I should be working in Rate Structure and Type, Category, Rate Period or Amount. Having four separate sections feels clunky and I think it would be much less confusing if the whole process were integrated into one page with a clear step by step flow. The address search also tends to bring up international addresses before local ones and it would be much better if it could prioritize the country of operation first.

Sunday morning started with a user profile problem but after I submitted a service request I got a really helpful phone call from them. They fixed my Access Profile issue right away which let me stay on track with my scheduled project without any delays.
Cons

“Flexible remote access
Pros
It comes with a lot of features even though we don't end up using every part of it. The area that gives me the most trouble is the tariff manager especially when trying to connect with different OTAs. It definitely isn't flawless although I'm not sure any system really is. On the positive side the support desk is very reliable when issues come up and most of the time they help me work through things and get to a fix. I do feel the system can be a bit glitchy since I often need to refresh the page when the interface becomes unstable or doesn't display things properly. Still being able to log in and work from anywhere is a huge advantage and I really appreciate being able to assist guests from home on my own computer.
Cons
The biggest gap for me is training. I'd really like the option to attend a local workshop or class and even if it were held in another town I'd still want the chance to go and learn more. New features seem to be added regularly but there isn't enough guidance or hands-on instruction to help us understand how to use them properly.

There's a lot to appreciate about how many features this system includes. It definitely takes some time to learn but once you get familiar with it there really are options for just about every application. It's not always the simplest to navigate but the customer support team is very helpful whenever assistance is needed.
Cons
Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out exactly where to go when trying to work through an issue more efficiently. Most errors can be explained and resolved but a big part of it is learning where to look in the system.

“fake promises and overbooking

Nothing about it worked out well. It was disappointing right from the beginning and the system, the team and the support were all terrible. Very unprofessional overall.
Cons
There was nothing to appreciate here. The promises were misleading they took the money and then passed us over to very unprofessional people. It often failed to connect, caused a lot of overbookings and selected the wrong prices.

Having the Owner Accounting interface built in has been incredibly useful for our team. The pre set reports let us handle the rental accounting each month without having to build everything from scratch.
