This product is incredibly intuitive. Whenever we encounter any issues, the technical support team is knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons
Initially when more features were introduced, technical support struggled to keep up with the issues and assistance requests. However, that problem has been resolved.

Pros
Initially the reports page and admin console appear enticing with all the advanced features. However, upon diving into it, you realize it's overly complex for the basic needs of a storage facility, regardless of its size.
Cons
I find this software challenging to use, and the facility employees have numerous complaints. From frequent logouts to long hours on hold with customer service, it's been frustrating for them.

“The "Hub" edition to Sitelink Web edition is a joke. Really. It has almost no functionality.
Pros
Personally I don't find the Hub easy to navigate and it lacks essential features. Running a storage business solely with the Hub features would be impossible.
Cons
Looking up current customers is easy, but renting out to customers and managing critical components of the business feels like jumping through hoops. Unfortunately, Sitelink doesn't keep up with current computers. We switched to Macs, but the dysfunctional Hub is the only option. We purchased two Microsoft Surface Pros, but one can't be downloaded. Sitelink needs to keep up with the times; it feels outdated.

Pros
The software functions effectively for self-storage, and it includes the key features required for the industry.
Cons
The customer service is absolutely terrible, the worst I've ever experienced in my 20+ years of owning businesses. We were forced to move to their merchant services platform, and it has been a nightmare. We can't process some credit cards, and refunding amounts to our customers is a struggle. It's disappointing to see Sitelink prioritize making more money while their customers suffer.

Learning this product was a breeze. The self-help videos offer informative solutions to any issues you may encounter.
Cons
I wish I could customize automatic invoices and some reports lack necessary information. The multi-user refresh should be instantaneous, and it's frustrating to have to manually refresh if another user has taken a payment.

“Going to bleed you dry now that "Storable" bought out Sitelink...
Pros
The initial customer support was outstanding and the integration and payment platform were excellent. However everything changed after the company was acquired. The focus now seems to be maximizing profits for Storable.
Cons
The service fees have increased by 19% in two years since Sitelink was bought out. It's very frustrating.

Pros
The best aspect of this software is its ease of use. It's incredibly simple to train employees on how to use it. Additionally, I appreciate the wide range of reporting options available.
Cons
Since Sitelink merged with a parent company, they no longer support the use of third-party merchant services. This put us in a difficult situation as we had to quickly adapt to the new software.

Pros
This software is highly robust and boasts numerous powerful functionalities. It excels in tasks like tenant move ins, generating various reports and seamlessly integrating with other compatible software programs.
Cons
Navigating Storable/Sitelink's customer communications as a new user has been the worst experience. The time spent on hold, listening to elevator music is beyond frustrating. The organization feels incredibly siloed so each time I call tech support, I have to repeat my issue multiple times to different people. Unfortunately, calling tech support usually consumes a significant amount of time. As a result, I've turned to emailing them, but the response time is agonizingly slow, often taking days or even longer. This lack of effective communication becomes even more problematic for me as I use multiple Storable solutions like Sitelink, merchant services, StorEdge and Sparefoot. It's worth mentioning that there are some helpful individuals in tech support, but they don't have direct lines like the salespeople. Consequently, I can never establish a relationship with a go-to person for resolving my issues.

I love the fact that I can utilize this program on both my tablet and phone since I travel frequently. It allows me to quickly and easily access reports and data. Additionally, having an integrated CRM is fantastic. We needed a CRM that offered more than basic features and this one triggers emails and follow ups at the right time enabling us to focus on other priorities.
Cons
It feels like Sitelink has an overwhelming number of features that we don't need. We already use other programs for marketing and website features.

Our company made the transition from a manual ledger system that we had been using for years to this software, and it has been a game changer. We digitized our services around four years ago, and let me tell you, our office lives have become so much easier! Every department is more connected to what's happening at the facility without physically being there. I love the fact that I can log on from anywhere as long as the software is installed. From reservations to move-ins and move-outs, collections, and rent receipts, our office runs incredibly efficiently.
Cons
The updates can be quite too much for us sometimes, as they required us to upgrade our equipment to meet the software's demands. The learning curve was challenging, especially since we had no prior experience with computers. It took us around 400 months to set up and run smoothly since none of the information could be easily integrated from another database. However, it was a game changer for us.
