Cons

Pros
Believe it or not I used to handle everything manually, and my boss did even more bookkeeping manually (as I wasn't involved in accounting reports). Sitelink has significantly alleviated the paperwork burden. Since there's no printed or online manual I rely on tech support to answer my questions. Their support is excellent!
Cons
I do miss having a manual, particularly for infrequent actions that require a little reminder to recall how to perform them.

The software is relatively easy to use, featuring simple functions.
Cons
When transferring a past due tenant, it automatically makes them current. Additionally, an Apple version is not available. To take a credit in the payment screen, you have to process it separately first; otherwise, it doesn't allocate the credit to the desired line (it applies it to the oldest charge first). It would be beneficial to have a 90% rotate function when placing units on the maps without reversing the length and width. The current function reverses the order, while in Sitelink length needs to be entered first so this function changes that sequence instead of just rotating the direction on the map.

I absolutely love Sitelink Web Edition; its incredibly user-friendly. I have successfully taught many other employees to use the software with ease. It's almost foolproof and greatly simplifies daily property management tasks.

The reminders made by the software is very awsome! When I start the software each morning, they serve as a perfect checklist that disappears as I complete tasks. It gives me a sense of accomplishment.
Cons
Sometimes, changing a tenant's due date can become confusing with the additional charges, but it could be because we don't perform this task frequently, so we're not accustomed to it.

Pros
I have an immense love for this product. I was previously with another company and I tried to convince them to switch. Joining LockBox Storage was a major deciding factor for me because their software is effortless and provides almost all the information I need.
Cons
I have devoted 2.5 years to getting a custom report done but unfortunately it still doesn't work. This has been a considerable expense, and I can't recover the time invested. No mention of a refund has been made. I will refrain from requesting custom reports with Sitelink in the future, even though there are reports that should be available but aren't.

We have other facilities within our organization that utilize this software. The main benefit is maintaining consistency across our organization.
Cons
Updates are imposed without the ability to opt-out, and they often come with untested changes. Since this software is critical to our operations, it is customary for providers to offer "long-term-support" versions and a beta channel. SiteLink mandates beta versions for all customers without any recourse when the software malfunctions.

SiteLink has grown with my business. I started with the standalone version in 2000 and now use the Web Edition with the Hub. I appreciate being able to check in and handle simple customer issues using my phone or laptop at home, without having to go to the office.
Cons
Updates occur frequently, which is generally a positive thing. However, when changes affect the way tasks are performed, it can be challenging to learn how to adapt to the new system. Often I have had to call for assistance because I don't have the time to research and find instructions for recent changes. Having a how-to video or a summary of recent changes sent via email after each update would be incredibly helpful. Additionally, I'm not fond of the invoice design; they appear hastily made by someone who lacks attention to detail.
