I absolutely love how user-friendly Sitelink is. It provides training videos and offers exceptional technical support. I use MyHub and its incredibly helpful when I'm not on site, ensuring top notch customer service.

Pros
It serves its purpose effectively. Its excellent for tenant reservations and offers a wide range of reporting options. The API allows for web and reporting integrations, and it can store a significant amount of information. For operators with multiple stores the corporate control view offers the best perspective for administrative tasks.
Cons
They release updates frequently, but unfortunately, they don't always thoroughly test them, which can lead to other issues. There have been a few occasions where I had to call them and inform them of a bug caused by an update that they weren't aware of.
