The software needs an update for price increases, allowing adjustments for current customers by a fixed dollar amount for unit groups instead of individually for each unit.

I absolutely adore StorEDGE. It keeps me organized in my day-to-day tasks and occasional checks. The ability to log in from anywhere and assist tenants promptly enhances our customer service.

Cons

When transitioning from SiteLink to StorEDGE, we encountered several issues with tenant information not being transferred correctly. However, once sorted out, the software is fantastic.

Transitioning to this software without guidance was made easier by the excellent Customer Service Center. The layout is user-friendly, and the Help Center is a valuable resource.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the process for transferring current tenants, as it can result in duplicate accounts that can't be merged without moving them out and back in.
