Cons
Setting up our data and various components of the software has been plagued with issues. The implementation team lacks expertise in handling data-related matters. We expected features like phone integration, transferring autopay from the previous vendor, and access to the gate controller, but none of these materialized. Numerous customers have incorrect information and face difficulties accessing the facility. Switching to storedge was meant to streamline our work and save time, but it has turned out to be a headache due to incompetence.

Cons
The support provided is the worst I've encountered. The support technicians are extremely rude and disrespectful. They often pass on complex issues to others. The setup process was a nightmare, resulting in significant data loss and disruption to our business operations for nearly three months. While the accounting side of the software is generally easy to learn or understand, rectifying mistakes within the system is challenging, requiring contacting support, who are unhelpful and impolite.

StorEdge is relatively intuitive to navigate. However, the speed and customer service quality have declined over the years since we initially started using it.
Cons
Since being acquired at Sparefoot/STORABLE, the customer service has been non-existent. Their help desk is severely understaffed for the number of storage locations they serve. There have been issues with double billing, non-functional task bars, lack of prorated move-in function, and control over credit card processing rates, which all contribute to a sense of frustration. StorEdge's communication with customers has deteriorated, and the software is experiencing failures in autopay, communication, and customer service.
