Cons

Transitioning from Syrasoft to StorEdge has been transformative. StorEdge streamlines our daily tasks, running much more efficiently. Nearly everything is automated, and the software itself is fairly easy to learn and use.

Cons

Storedge has some areas that could be improved. For example, the tenant portal lacks certain features, like autopay settings in billing information, causing confusion. Also, there are issues with tenant information updates and billing processes that need refining.
