Pros
The number of features available is awesome. I'm sure it's efficient once you get started, if you get started.
Cons
Customer support has been challenging. The program has a steep learning curve. Account managers and support staff frequently change, so we have to constantly bring new people up to speed. We manage both short-term and long-term rental properties, and I don't think it can handle this well.

“Constant Battle
Pros
We chose this software because our owners wanted their listings on sites like Airbnb, HomeAway, and VRBO. Manually maintaining calendars and pricing on these sites was impossible with over 70 listings and hundreds of bookings a month. We also liked the idea of having owner, housekeeping, and maintenance apps for ease of use. The system would probably be great for small businesses starting in the industry.
Cons
The downside is that it took over a year to build our system, causing us to pay for two software programs simultaneously. We still don't have a fully operating system. Our account manager has changed several times, and the current one can't help with many issues, requiring him to seek answers from others. Some issues take weeks to months to resolve, and we constantly have to follow up. Don't pay for a data transfer, it will mess up your accounting, and Streamline won't help fix it. The learning curve is steep, and the system offers many functions, but you won't get the training needed to customize it to your needs. Changing taxes, fees, or amenities requires permission and takes two weeks. 24-hour customer service often means not getting through to someone from 9 am to 3 pm, and callbacks aren't guaranteed the same day. The best time to reach someone is on Saturdays and evenings. If we weren't so invested in this system, we would have moved on by now.

“Streamline's integrations are a life saver!
Pros
I like the third-party integrations and the overall organization of the software. I appreciate that Streamline is very open to user suggestions for improvement.
Cons
The initial account setup takes a very long time. You have to attend at least a dozen meetings just to get up and running.

“Amazing Depth of Functionality - Great Value
Pros
Strong channel integration, amazing depth and breadth of functionality, ease of use, good value for money, and a thriving customer base. The software has very few bugs, and new features are regularly provided, though unannounced. I am very impressed.
Cons
Support has deteriorated over the last three years. Product strategy is unclear to customers but seems focused on Channel Integration/Distribution. It needs more balance. While some reports are useful, it is generally difficult to extract information for management or operational reporting.

“Streamline handles all aspects of finances and documentation for escrow.
Pros
Streamline is extremely convenient with its ability to batch entire lists of documents to green folders and other programs simultaneously. It helps me keep finances balanced and print all layouts at once.
Cons
The search engine isn't as helpful as I'd like. You have to enter the entire title of a document to locate a specific file instead of just one word or a partial title.
