“Why I am over the moon in Tenantcloud

Pros

I appreciate the fact that everything is conveniently located within the app and accessible at any time.

Cons

I would like my payments to clear faster to meet my banks requirements.

“Tenant Cloud is a great tool

Pros

The financial reports are excellent, allowing me to monitor rent inflow and providing a repository for receipts. It also facilitates automatic owner distributions and alerts.

Cons

Initially, I found it confusing to understand the owner distribution terminology and timing.

Pros

The ability to send/pay invoices to the property manager and other entities is excellent. Tenants can easily submit service requests and connect with contractors.

Cons

Currently TC does not have the capability to generate a downloadable spreadsheet for all service requests. I have to go through them one by one.

Pros

I rely on this app to track my rental income, and I like its clear and organized presentation.

Cons

Transferring funds into the system takes 7-10 days, and then it takes another 7-14 days to send it to your account. This is terrible because it means it takes almost 3 weeks to receive payment. It's frustrating that it takes this long every month.

Pros

It's a straightforward platform with a reasonably good user experience. The annual tax reports are simplified as long as the inputs are accurate.

Cons

There is a limitation for distributing a maximum of $10k, and I can only link it to a single bank account which makes managing multiple properties with separate bank accounts difficult.

Pros

The layout and design are pleasing, and the simplicity makes it easy to use. I particularly appreciate the layout of contact and leasing information.

Cons

Some tenants have experienced glitches in the app. When they hit the back button in Accounting, it resets all the filters, making it difficult to focus on a specific property or transaction type. Additionally, there is no reconciliation feature to double-check the books. The system isn't entirely intuitive when it comes to how certain property expenses appear as the Property Manager's income, such as a Pet Fee, which should be the landlord's income but is displayed as the Property Manager's income.

After extensive research on various property management tools, this one stands out as the best. It provides a wide range of tools at an affordable price.

Cons

I can't think of anything to dislike about this software. Perhaps the fact that I'm constantly discovering new things I can accomplish with it but I wouldn't consider that a negative. It's more a reflection of my own laziness as a user. I simply haven't had the time to explore all the tools.

It offers options for every step of the Tenant/Landlord process.

The accounting reports have limited filters. If I want to specify a specific date range I can only choose in monthly increments.

The convenience of TenantCloud is fantastic. I can log in with biometrics and immediately see my properties and any collected rent. Moreover the messaging system is incredibly handy.

I wish I had discovered it sooner. I used to use paper like a caveman to manage my financials.

I like the simplicity of this product for managing the accounting of my rental property. It serves as a convenient hub for myself and my property manager to interact and document all transactions, issues, comments and updates.

Personally I find the processing time to be excessively slow. I receive an email stating that my deposit has been processed, but it takes another week or more before I actually see it reflected in my account. Considering the technology available today, I think this is unacceptably slow. However, apart from this issue I still enjoy using the platform for its intended purpose.

I can easily access lease information and tenant contact details without any unnecessary clutter.

Cons

The download speed for viewing files was too lengthy. When there was no rent coming in from a property, it caused confusion in the accounting process, especially when there were bills that needed to be paid for that property.
