“Tenantcloud has gone from average to bad

The pricing was reasonable and it had basic features. However they have now started removing all the essential features and making everything paid.

Cons

I strongly advise avoiding this company as they engage in deceptive practices.

The aspect I find most frustrating about TenantCloud is that the system becomes full after a certain number of attachments (leases, etc.).

There are times when TenantCloud experiences glitches, such as the server being down. Fortunately, this is not a frequent occurrence!

The functionality of the reports is not user friendly. It's not possible to search for specific timelines and see the outstanding balance for that particular period. Only the total unpaid balance is available.

I love how effortlessly I can navigate TenantCloud! Its a breeze to communicate with both my tenants and the management company.

One thing I will mention is that it can be a bit challenging to navigate at the beginning,but with practice it becomes much easier!

In a property management solution, there are numerous incredible features. I appreciate the well designed application system, background checks, automated ACH systems, ability to store leases and proprietary documents, listing functionality and comprehensive accounting systems. Everything you need is beautifully implemented. Moreover, it has a modern appearance and works seamlessly on my phone, tablet and computer. I have reviewed many systems, and most had an outdated and cumbersome user interface that was far from enjoyable.

Cons

They make changes and start charging for previously free features. Their customer service and tech support are quite subpar. It used to be phone calls (which was the best), then chat (which was average), and now it's a cumbersome ticket system that creates a significant amount of extra work for me. I don't think the tech support team actually reads the tickets.

I enjoy the financial tracking, especially when it comes to end-of-year paperwork.

I'm not fond of how long it takes for payments to be funded into my account. Sometimes it takes up to 7 business days.
