Cons

Vacation Rental Housekeeping Made Easy

Pros

Turno integrates seamlessly with my reservation calendars. As soon as my property is booked, a project is generated that my housekeeping team can accept. I appreciate the option to have a preferred cleaner and a backup team if needed. Communication with the housecleaners is effortless and smooth.

Cons

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about Turno.

Amazing Service- start today!

Pros

I absolutely love that Turno connects directly with my Airbnb calendar, automatically creating projects for all my bookings. My service providers pick up the projects as they come in, and they have been reliable from the beginning.

Cons

The only downside was that it took a few visits with our cleaner and service provider to establish a smooth workflow. However, once we got into the rhythm, everything has been running smoothly.

I love how the app automatically syncs with my Airbnb calendar. I don't need to manually add reservations unless they come from other platforms like VRBO. That's a feature I'd love to see added!

Cons

The app is confusing to navigate. Even after using it for five months, I still struggle to understand its interface. I've canceled cleanings multiple times, yet my cleaners showed up because they didn't receive any cancellation notifications. The communication between the support team and cleaner app needs improvement as they often fail to sync with each other. Additionally, I wish my VRBO calendar could sync with the app to avoid missing reservations made through VRBO.
