I accepted bids from two new cleaners, but for some reason, I couldn't assign them any work. I reached out to customer support, and they had to take action on their end to enable work assignment. The customer support was helpful in resolving the matter.

For example, I have to manually create a project for her on the day guests check out, which means she can't see when they are checking in. Keeping up with this manually becomes difficult when everything else in our process is automated.
