We are delighted with how well we can integrate with our cleaners and minimize the need for constant communication. I find it particularly useful to track when they arrive at a job and when they leave.
Cons
When cleaners upload pictures, it's not easy to view them on either the app or desktop version. If multiple pictures are posted, there is no scroll feature to navigate through them, and I have to zoom out on my screen to click on them. When I receive a cleaning acceptance notification on the app, it doesn't specify which cleaning it refers to, requiring me to switch to the desktop version. Previously, the first property was free, but this is no longer the case. Additionally, if you pay for a full year and then remove a property, there is no refund, only a credit.

I've been using TurnoverBnB for about a month now, and it has been a tremendous time-saver. Previously, I had to manually email my housekeeper every time there was a new booking or cancellation. Now, I can relax knowing that she is automatically alerted and scheduled. I also receive notifications when she arrives and completes her cleanings. It's the perfect solution for what I was looking for!
Cons
It would be great to have a calendar view that displays bookings from Airbnb alongside the scheduled housekeeper's appointments.

The integration of the Airbnb Calendar is my favorite feature. It automatically updates TurnoverBnB with new projects for the days when guests are scheduled to leave the property, creating a project for me. The reminders to select a cleaner via app notifications and email are straightforward, once you get the hang of it.
Cons
There are certain quirks that were difficult to understand. For example, the mobile app lacks functionality compared to the desktop browser version and often redirects to the web app for essential features. Due to this, I primarily use the desktop browser app. Another minor quirk is that if you make an error in one of the fields while scheduling a cleaning, you can't save it, but it doesn't specify which field is incorrect, so you have to figure it out yourself. It's not a significant issue, but it can be annoying at times.

They took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent suggestions on how to makethe most of the software. I also love how easy it is to set up, and it has greatly helped in managing our properties. While we use a separate CRM for our cleaning team, TurnoverBnB offers remarkable features for solo cleaners such as checklists, the ability to add notes and pictures, and convenient billing options.
Cons

I was on the verge of engaging a management company for our Airbnb. However, they insisted on cleaning fees ranging from $150 to $250. Knowing the Tucson market from my experience in the local hotel industry, I realized this would discourage stays of less than five nights. Then I stumbled upon this app while contemplating listing our property as an experiment. It automatically syncs, requiring no effort on my part. As soon as I received a booking, I received a notification that my "project" had been picked up. We had already discovered cleaners offering great rates. I met them, and they turned out to be fantastic individuals I can fully trust. I absolutely love it.

Throughout my journey, I've encountered a few hiccups (such as two jobs planned for one stay) and occasionally missed notifications. It's also not possible to assign multiple cleaners to larger projects. Getting support can be slow due to time differences. Unfortunately, there are no local cleaners available in our area, so that aspect doesn't apply. Moreover, selecting a cleaner involves more than just finding someone available; quality assurance is crucial, and it's unrealistic for TurnoverBnB to assume otherwise.
