We've been WebRezPro customers since 2011, and the greatest benefit we've experienced is their responsiveness to our unique setup with multiple properties. [sensitive content hidden]. The team has always been supportive and accommodating when it comes to implementing new functions, continuously evolving their product to stay relevant.
Cons
The rate management function can be cumbersome. However, there are plenty of interfaces available with rate and revenue management software providers that provide the efficiency we need.

Pros
The support team is always there to answer my questions, and they are absolutely amazing. My account representative is exceptional, always available to address my inquiries and stay on top of everything. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful.
Cons
It would be great to have a maintenance platform integrated into the system, allowing us to track work orders linked to each unit and directly send them to the maintenance staff.

After extensive research and encountering obstacles with other major companies, only to discover their system was limited to one expensive payment processor, I stumbled upon WebRezPro. It's truly unparalleled in terms of its intuitive interface, affordable pricing, and the ability to seamlessly integrate with multiple platforms.
Cons
The guest-facing Calendar view could use some enhancements to make it more user-friendly.

Setting it up is a breeze. There's a seamless interface with the Channel Manager to get a comprehensive overview of the room calendar. Additionally, checking in and checking out guests is a hassle-free process.
Cons
If all rooms are occupied and I need to switch rooms, I have to temporarily change the stay date to free up a room, which adds an extra step. I hope the Development team can introduce a "temporary unallocated" room status for clerks to use when temporarily relocating guests. Additionally, I would like the option to add credit card payments without having to input the full 16 digits. Since guests physically provide their cards, we don't have the complete number after returning the card. Despite using credit cards, we are unable to enter the digits in the system.

If I had the opportunity to choose again, I might opt for Cloudbeds.
Cons
There are credit card issues, such as a 6-month window to capture the remaining balance of a reservation. It feels like you need a software degree to figure everything out. Guests cannot book more than one room, and they have to leave our site to view prices. The software feels outdated.

I'm grateful for the capability to effectively manage my clients and bookings, along with the automated correspondence before and after their visit.
Cons
I would appreciate a simpler method for setting up group bookings or the ability to assign multiple units to a single home type. It would also be great to customize emails when sending them from within a booking, but I can find workarounds for these issues.
