A much needed tool to manage our reservations professionally and accurately

Pros

Being Canadian is a bonus, and we found it to be quite straightforward from our perspective as managers and owners of a cottage rental resort. Most importantly, it's incredibly easy for our guests to use and make reservations.

Cons

No program can fit every scenario perfectly, but WebRezPro does a commendable job of working with us to tailor it to our specific requirements as a small rental resort in Nova Scotia.

BOUTIQUE INN MANAGEMENT

Pros

The customer support has been exceptional, assisting us with both initial setup and ongoing questions.

Cons

Certain areas of the app are not very intuitive and still confusing to navigate. The customer support is excellent, but I wish I could navigate without needing assistance.

WebRezPro - simple when you need it, capable when you're ready

Pros

Getting started was a breeze, and the professional handling of integrations has been impressive. They have been responsive and quick to resolve any support escalations.

Cons

There are some minor inconveniences like having to use mouse clicks instead of keyboard shortcuts in certain areas, a lack of keyboard shortcuts, and disruptive pop-up windows. However, they are not significantly worse than other property management systems (PMS) I've used in the past.

One stop shop

Pros

I really like the features provided by WebRezPro. The dynamic map and connections with platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com are outstanding. Configuring allocations becomes quite simple after going through the initial setup. Booking rooms is a breeze, and the instructional videos come in handy if you face any challenges.

Cons

The interactive button can be a bit confusing. We added it to our webpage for events, but people often get confused when they don't know how to use it. Another frustrating aspect is encountering numerous bugs, such as the inability to make reservations when guests show up or change their rooms upon arrival. Once these issues are resolved, the rest isn't too bad.

The Goat for Reservations

Pros

Making reservations is a breeze, and processing payments is super easy. The instant updates from the channel manager to booking.com and Expedia are simply amazing.

Cons

It would be great if they could incorporate the capability to move a reservation to a different room without having to create a separate reservation for it.

Good product for small hotel

Pros

When we set up WebRezPro a few years ago, the personalized assistance we received was incredible. Their customer service has always been prompt, providing detailed steps to address any issues I've encountered.

Cons

As a small luxury hotel, we don't frequently change rates. However, when we do, it always requires some research to remember the steps to reach the correct section in the system for making the changes. The same goes for overriding rates for special days or adding multiple invoices to a group folio.

Pros

The cloud-based nature of the system allows for remote work if needed, and once you're familiar with it, it's very user-friendly. Additionally, the responsiveness, knowledge, and friendliness of WRP support are impressive.

Cons

In an ideal world, it would have sales and catering features to create contracts, BEOs, etc., to complement the group and events aspect. We are currently in the process of integrating WRP with another sales and catering program.

Pros

Our accountant raved about the software, saying it's amazing and that we are accurate down to the last penny with everything that goes through it. It's effortless to view our bookings, send emails, and set up auto-emails for cottage access codes. Once it's set up, it's a breeze to use.

Cons

Dealing with ghost rooms, especially when fully booked and wanting to swap two rooms, is a nightmare of steps. Setting up discount rates or codes is not the easiest, and one small setting can render it ineffective. It would be great to have a way to offer one-time discount codes that can be used only once and then become inactive.

Webrez is an incredibly user-friendly platform that offers a multitude of possibilities for customization. The longer you use the platform, the better you can tailor it to your specific needs.

Great product for small operators.

Pros

It's a user-friendly system that even the most inexperienced staff can easily master. The training modules are straightforward, and support is readily available when required.

Cons

When entering multiple group folios for the same client, it would be helpful to have a copy feature that duplicates all the data in the folio but allows for changing the stay dates. Creating rates for every group folio is tedious since it involves entering the same information repeatedly.
