Pros
The software provides the flexibility we require to operate a small rural resort where staffing is limited, necessitating unique setups. Training the staff to use this product was a breeze. It has been serving us well since 2015.
Cons
It would be nice to have the same level of flexibility on the housekeeping side as we do on the sales side.

Among the abundance of features, I particularly appreciate the Tape Chart/Calendar. It's the most frequently used feature and played a vital role in our decision to adopt this system. It's relatively straightforward and offers clear visibility of availability.
Cons
Editing reservations can be frustrating due to the separate "Change" and "Edit" functionalities. It would be more convenient if I could make changes without switching between the two, especially when dealing with guests on the phone. This can be confusing.

Cons
Room moves and room blocks can be a bit cumbersome, but they still work adequately.

It would be advantageous if the system could synchronize with other booking platforms and include the calendar for room availability and rates.

WebRezPro boasts an exceptional support team, surpassing any other in the industry. Additionally, I find the reporting capabilities to be superior to expensive PMS products like Opera.
Cons
The calendar in the top right corner of the platform doesn't remain open when logging out and logging back in. Additionally, there is a definite need to upgrade the display of package add-ons on the booking engine. It would be helpful to have a dedicated section where hoteliers can sell items like flowers, chocolate strawberries, etc., with accompanying images.

It operates without any downtime, and the customer service is truly outstanding. They promptly address all questions and concerns.
Cons
While the responsive website functions well, we would appreciate a dedicated app. Native functionality, including seamless login and alerts, is not optimal on the mobile web system. Changing individual rates could also be made easier, preferably directly from the calendar. However, making bulk changes works great.

It's incredibly user-friendly, both during the setup and configuration process for owners/operators and for travelers making direct reservations with the B&B.

“User Friendly Software with Lots of Adaptability

WebRezPro is an incredibly intuitive and effortless software that can be easily taught to our staff. It's highly adaptable to our diverse needs as a complex resort. We struggled to find a software solution that could fulfill all our requirements until we discovered WebRezPro. It efficiently handles our company-owned resort rentals, owner rentals under our management, connects with all our OTA's, manages payouts, takes care of boat rentals, in-store sales, and even caters to our small timeshare residents. The owner calendars provide an excellent tool for generating reports, and overall, the software exceeds our expectations.
Cons
The booking engine page could use an upgrade. While the booking engine itself functions perfectly fine without any issues, the appearance of the page feels outdated when guests are redirected from our beautiful website. It would be great to give this page a more modern look. However, I've been informed that they are working on it, and we have managed to make some adjustments from our end to make it appear more up to date. The booking page's functionality is excellent; my only concern is the way it appears to guests.

What's not to love? Over the past 20+ years, I have used a variety of PMS platforms, but none of them match the ease of use, reliability, and exceptional customer service offered by WebRezPro! This program is so impressive that I have implemented it in two other properties owned by our property management company.
Cons
I genuinely have no dislikes about WebRezPro. Whenever I encounter any difficulties, I simply call their customer service hotline, and I am immediately connected to a WRP professional who efficiently and pleasantly resolves any issues I may have.

I've been a loyal WebRezPro user for 7 years now, and I must say they consistently evolve with the changing times. They are prompt with updates, and while other companies might occasionally be first, WebRezPro is never far behind and often leads the way. I extensively utilize variable pricing, bidirectional channels, prioritize guest satisfaction when resolving issues (unlike VRBO), offer multiple upsell services, and require personalized correspondence for different types of reservations. The software's housekeeping module is outstanding, and the accounting side is user-friendly. Their pricing is fair, straightforward, and highly competitive. You won't find another solution offering the same features at a higher price.
Cons
This aspect has its pros and cons. WebRezPro offers a switch for almost every aspect, allowing customization to suit any business model. However, due to the abundance of switches, it's important to be cautious during the initial configuration. Additionally, the booking engine could be more visually appealing, such as displaying a dynamic total for the current reservation and selected options. I believe they are working on this improvement. While some competitors have this feature, they often lack more essential revenue-driving functionalities. (I have extensively researched various PMS software options.)

Pros
WebRezPro is incredibly intuitive, even for new employees. It simplifies inventory management, pricing, and generates easily readable and comprehensible reports. The software is flexible, accessible from anywhere and any device, and I cannot praise it enough. The support we receive is outstanding as well.
Cons
I have very minor concerns. I wish a couple of displays had more sorting options, and it would be great if importing photos or IDs into guest records was easier. Nevertheless, this is a high-quality product ideal for medium-sized hotels, and the support is fantastic.

The most valuable feature of WebRezPro is its ability to display all room types, rates, and availability for nine days at a time. This allows us to make real-time adjustments multiple times a day to maximize revenue.
Cons
It would be less restrictive for us on the West Coast if support were available 24/7.

WebRezPro is a robust software that continuously strives for improvement. The customer service is excellent, and the technical support is top-notch.
Cons
It would be really convenient to have integrated inventory management for rentals like canoes and bicycles. It would be great if this system were part of the online reservation system and had a separate online booking engine for people who only wanted to rent equipment without staying with us. Integrating the weaver into the system would also be fantastic.
