Good property software for a seasonal business.

Pros

They offer a discount on the subscription during the offseason, and the customer service is exceptional. The support team consists of native English speakers (Canadians) who are incredibly easy to communicate with.

Cons

Although there are certain features that other programs have and WebRez surprisingly lacks, they are receptive to improvement suggestions. Some customer service representatives have acknowledged the value of these suggestions, but changes are either slow or infrequent.

Great reservations software!

Pros

It's fantastic that the software seamlessly integrates with our website for online bookings, and the customer service is outstanding.

Cons

When entering group reservations, there is some redundant information that needs to be entered. Additionally, some of the information doesn't transfer to individual reservations once names are entered. It would be convenient to have the option to "copy" certain group information, similar to regular reservations. Perhaps there is a way to do it that I am not aware of.

Best Customer Service in the Industry!

Pros

The efficiency of WebRezPro is exceptional, which is of utmost importance in our line of business.

Cons

Unfortunately, there is no app available for my iPhone. It would be more efficient if there was an app, allowing me to make reservations even when I'm away from my computer.

Great PMS which enables multiple property management

Pros

What amazes me the most about WebRezPro is its user-friendliness, even for someone without prior experience with a PMS. We utilize it for managing reservations across multiple booking websites, avoiding double bookings, and updating availability across various platforms from one centralized management panel. This makes it incredibly convenient for us to handle all our sales channels.

Cons

It would be beneficial to expand WebRezPro's coverage to include a greater number of integrated online travel agencies, especially local ones in Turkey, Italy, Malaysia, and other countries. Managing listings individually on these local websites can be challenging.

Best system I have ever used over 20 years.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use WebRezPro, and whenever an error occurs, it's effortless to fix. The knowledgeable staff at WebRezPro always provide the answers I need.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about WebRez.

Covid

Pros

After the COVID-related closures, we received excellent support whenever we needed assistance with the details of our room closures.

Cons

It would be great if WebRez could incorporate a more human touchless experience, taking into account the need for Covid-related distancing measures.

Pros

I value the fact that WebRezPro operates on the cloud, enabling me to access it remotely whenever I need to support a colleague.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the way the receipts are structured, as they include all charges instead of just the current ones. Additionally, I find the AR and house accounting systems to be less intuitive compared to systems like OnQ and others I've used in the past. The reservation process also involves more steps than desired.

Love this system

Pros

WebRezPro is a fabulous PMS system for our boutique hotel. I can easily check reservations and availability from anywhere with wifi. Teaching staff to make reservations is simple. Although the Group Folios had a slight learning curve, they can handle our various types of groups, whether individual pay or group pay. The support team is superb, always prompt in responding to emails, and delightful to speak with over the phone. I can effortlessly access reports for ADR, RevPar, and daily revenue, comparing them to previous days, months, and years. In summary, WebRezPro fulfills all our requirements and more.

Cons

It took a little adjustment in the beginning to get used to the need to scroll to enter guest information into their reservation, but now we're accustomed to it. Integrating with HotSchedules would be great, allowing me to view labor versus revenue without having to manually enter the numbers into a spreadsheet.

Pros

Property Management the Easy Way!

Pros

As a small business owner, integrating, training, and receiving support from WebRezPro has been incredibly valuable to our company. We were thrilled to have an excellent calendar that provides a snapshot view of our occupancy. Customized reports have been a tremendous time-saver for our staff. Having used six other programs in the past, we can confidently say that WebRezPro is the easiest to use and train our staff on. From booking reservations to managing housekeeping and maintenance, the implementation process was remarkably smooth. We were able to train six people within the first day alone. The automated emails are a fantastic time-saving feature. Thank you so much!

Cons

There isn't a true negative that I can mention. However, being in Mexico, it wouldbe beneficial if WebRezPro supported dual currency, allowing us to utilize the provided accounting features. My second wish is for an easier way to track customer reviews and include them as part of our website's history, as it would be highly valuable.
