Log In To BambooHR
Access the software using your login credentials

Navigate To The 'Enter Time Worked' Button
From the homepage, click on the Enter Time Worked button

Enter Your Hours Worked
- Input the hours worked in the designated field

- To log this time to a specific project, click on the dropdown menu next to the Hours Worked field and select the relevant project

Log Additional Hours (Optional)
- If you need to log another set of hours for the same day, click the Add Entry button

- Enter the additional hours and click Save to confirm
Log Hours from Your Employee Profile
- Go to your employee profile

- Click on the Time Sheet tab
- Hover over the day you want to log hours for, then click Add Time Entry and input the hours worked

- Add in the work hours along with the project that you will be working on and then save

- Here, you can see the total working hours in a day, along with the designated work hours for each project

Review Total Hours Worked
Use the Time Sheet tab to check the total hours you’ve logged for the current pay period

If you’re on the go, you can also clock in using the BambooHR mobile app. The process is similar:
- Log in to the BambooHR app
- Navigate to the time tracking section
- Tap Clock In and input your details

Start And End Times - Time Clock Enabled
When you tap Clock In, the timer starts tracking your work time immediately. A green counter signifies that tracking is active. Below the counter, you’ll see the exact time you clocked in. If you select a specific project or task, its name will replace the clock-in time.

Tapping Clock Out stops the timer immediately. The counter will turn black and display the total hours worked for the day. Below the total, you’ll find the time you last clocked out.
