“weak wip reporting”
Pros
I find the software to be fairly simple to teach. Most people learn it quickly.
Cons
I have to keep changing dates when making multiple adjustments and the same issue comes up with receiving. Also there isn't a manageable open order report that includes WIP information.

“Poorly organized reporting”
Pros
There are plenty of reporting and style options. The updates sometimes add new features that are genuinely useful for my daily workflow.
Cons
I've run into problems with a few reports not working the way they used to and some of them don't include the level of detail or organization they really should. It should have more places for information on the Customer Details page so I wouldn't need to check several tabs just to see something like whether a customer is behind on payments.

“accessible with responsive support”
Pros
It's fairly simple to use and the customer support team is quick to reply whenever questions or issues come up.
Cons
Some features feel a bit outdated and could be improved to better keep up with the needs of a constantly changing business environment.

“full ERP functionality”
Pros
Getting this up and running was surprisingly fast. Between anywhere from about 30 to 90 days. It delivers full ERP functionality and connects well with other systems like PLM, WMS, financial software and eCommerce platforms. It also doesn't make things overly complex for a small or start-up business and it won't put too much strain on working capital or the operating budget.
Cons
The user interface feels like it could use a refresh. The static reports also have room for improvement although the system does provide excellent data export options.

“a bit sluggish”
Pros
Style and color availability, customer orders, order entry and rep orders all in one place. Very convenient.
Cons
Entering each style takes a lot of time even after the styles are already uploaded into the system. The software runs very slowly and I keep losing connection even when my internet is working fine.

“Slow and laggy”
Pros
The filtering options in the Customer and Order screens are very helpful and the ability to integrate with other platforms like e-commerce systems adds a lot of value. The interface is a definite improvement over AIMS v9 with a more user-friendly design.
Cons
The application freezes or hangs occasionally and connecting to the server from Macs tends to take longer than expected. It's also priced higher than other apparel software options. While customer support is generally helpful some feature-related fixes depend on AIMS releasing program updates and that process can take months.

“powerful reporting and flexibility”
Pros
It covers everything I need it to do and the reporting tools are especially strong. I also really appreciate that it supports third-party capabilities which adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Customer service can be difficult to deal with at times and the connection is occasionally slow. I'd also like to see better integration with third-party payers like Success Joor along with stronger support for both integrations and general questions.

“sizing issues in POS”
Pros
We were able to learn the system on our own without really needing the training course.
Cons
It's not the strongest option for accessories. We're also using it for apparel but creating SKUs in the POS gets tricky because sizing doesn't seem to work properly.

“overwhelming report menu”
Pros
Generally speaking the layout is so simple. For day-to-day use its pretty convenient.
Cons
Only issue I have is with reporting. It feels messy because the options are too estensive and crammed together without organization. I have to hunt for the right one. I'd much rather just call someone and get it handled on the spot.

“Great for data processing”
Pros
Pulling up information from both past and current records is super simple whether it's sales reports, pricing, inventory or similar details.
Cons
There are multiple navigation paths to the same features and there is no standardized pathway. Gets a bit confusing.

“cluttered modules”
Pros
Updates are easy to install. It's simple to enter new details into all the required fields and remove anything that was entered by mistake.
Cons
I have to look through more than one module to find certain information. It can also feel inconsistent with the different ways information is displayed between modules.

“custom screens”
Pros
I was blown away by how much I could customize the screens along with the wide range of reports available to run. I found navigation to be very simple too because of the way the different modules are set up.
Cons
The OTS report can be hard to read at times. When exporting it to Excel the size information also doesn't show up in the header.

“Not meant for sustained usage”
Pros
It offers solid functionality and works well when multiple people need to be in the system at the same time. The remote desktop option is also a big plus since it lets me access and use it from anywhere.
Cons
It still feels limited in terms of features. When I'm using it heavily throughout the day the system can become unresponsive and sometimes crash.

“responsive support and simple exports”
Pros
The AIMS team is very responsive. They reply quickly and are consistently available whenever help is needed. The software simplifies the process of exporting reports too.
Cons
The only real downside is that there's no API integration. Also there can be some lag when exporting larger volumes of data although that's fairly understandable given the amount being processed.

“helps with tracking orders and inventory”
Pros
Helps a lot with keeping track of orders and inventory and it also works well with the weblink feature.
Cons
It did take quite a while to fully understand the software at first. At times it can be very slow although logging out and signing back in usually makes it run better again.

“better suited for wholesale”
Pros
It feels a lot like working with Excel pivot tables. The software connects well with our company BI tool and most people can pick it up quickly without needing much training.
Cons
Falls short in retail. It seems built more for wholesale than for running both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce operations. Plus the pricing and costing limitations make it less practical and less user-friendly for managing my retail business.

“Very reliable”
Pros
I rely on it to check customer order details, work in progress and received cuts. It's also really helpful for keeping up with allocated orders.
Cons
Switching between windows when accessing PTs needs imporvement. If I'm in a pick ticket window I have to return to the main screen before opening another one instead of just clicking directly to the next window.

“no complaints”
Pros
Navigating it feels very natural. Moving from one window to another is quick and easy to follow. It gives me all the reports I need.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about AIMS360. Everything works really well and just looking at the screen makes it clear what I need and where I should go.

“Excellent”
Pros
From day to day this software does what we need it to do and performs well in the areas that matter most. EDI order processing works reliably and it also helps us keep our inventory current. We use it every single day across the company with around a dozen users on the system.
Cons
There's just one small part of the software that I'm not a fan of and it seems like something their programmers could fix without too much trouble. Some of the search buttons and boxes are hard to spot. Once you know where they are you get used to them.

“serves its purpose well”
Pros
With this you can understand the most common and basic functions for the apparel industry without needing much formal training.
Cons
When updates or changes are made there isn't much notice or communication beforehand. Another minor issue is the screen layout since not everything fits in view and you have to scroll to find certain information. It's not a deal breaker but it would definitely be better if everything were visible at once.
