Pros
Troubleshooting issues with this program hardly ever come up. The system is clear-cut to use and offers a wide range of functions which makes day-to-day work much more convenient.
Cons
It doesn't perform as well on Macs as it does on PCs. When I initially moved over to a Mac the resolution on my second monitor was extremely poor. After a few calls with AIMS Customer Support I was finally able to get the resolution adjusted on my Mac and second screen.

Pros
It's cloud-based which is a plus in my books since it can be accessed from anywhere.
Cons
This system is really built for garment manufacturers not wholesalers or retailers. It also needs training to use properly but AIMS360 doesn't provide that. Compared with other tools on the market its super expensive and customers are pushed into signing long-term contracts. Also takes far too long to load on a computer.
