“Excellent customer support”
Pros
Getting our consignment program up and running would have been much harder without it and it has been a key part of running the shop overall. It made payout tracking incredibly simple and the customer support has honestly been on another level compared to any other SaaS product I've used. The team was always quick to reply and gladly jumped on a call whenever we needed help. Even better, they really listened to feature requests, updates and bug fixes and a lot of those changes were implemented almost immediately. I truly have nothing but positive things to say about the people behind Aravenda.
Cons
The interface could feel more modern and I'd still love to see a few additional bulk editing options but the team is continuously improving the product.

“fantastic for consignment shops”
Pros
Starting out as a new business, we needed the simplest way to manage our consignment store and finding this software was a huge win. We had already tested a few other Shopify apps and none of them came close to the level of functionality Aravenda offers. From entering products to printing barcodes, it takes under a minute per item which is incredibly important when you're trying to keep a business running efficiently.
Cons
Getting the barcodes set up on our Mac was probably the hardest part but their support team was extremely responsive and jumped on meetings anytime I needed support. One issue we have noticed is that when a product gets returned, it does not always go back into the system automatically so we have to restock it by hand. Another problem we ran into was with capitalized email addresses in Aravenda. When that information transfers to Shopify, the email does not match because Shopify treats it as lowercase.
