Pros

Compared to other POS systems I've used over the years, this is by far the most user-friendly one. I particularly love the mobile access, which enables me to view and edit timesheets and menus from home.

Cons

The cord for the card reader isn't as tight and secure as it should be, resulting in frequent disconnections.

Pros

The installation and usage are both easy, and the customer service is amazing.

Pros

I don't have a response at this time.

Cons

I have nothing positive to say about the system. The customer service, response time, integration of 3rd party delivery systems, reports, look back time on reports, and foreign support personnel who struggle with English are all major issues.

CAKE has helped me properly manage my food costs. I make it a point to check it weekly.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing negative to say. If you want me to find something bad, I could but I don't have any genuine complaints so why should I waste my time?

Initially, it was easy and the people I interacted with were helpful. However, things changed after the merger with Madmobile.

Cons

Since the merger, we have encountered nothing but problems. Dealing with support personnel located outside our country who we can't understand has become tiresome.

Pros

As the owner, I find the analytics and reporting feature particularly valuable. They are easy to locate and understand, providing everything I need to make informed business decisions. For my employees who use CAKE daily, they find it very user-friendly and love it!

Cons

It's easy to use, configure and also affordable.

Cons

The back office/admin settings can be a bit complicated, with some configurations done on the POS and others through the Admin Portal. It would be better if they were all in one place.

Great, easy to use, system.

Pros

The reporting system is excellent. I love being able to access real-time information from any location outside the site.

Cons

I am not particularly fond of the organization of my screen. Some items require too many button presses. It would be great to have a "best sellers" screen as the home screen, and I'd also prefer the extra fee features to default to off, allowing employees to use them as needed.
