I very much love the user friendly interface and the constant availability of knowledgeable and professional customer support.
Cons
Cake didn't have the feature I needed at the time, which was the ability to schedule online orders in advance.

Pros
While it's a simple product, I wouldn't recommend it for table-service restaurants. It's best suited for simple counter service operations.
Cons
My experience with customer service has been absolutely horrible. They have bad attitudes, lack helpfulness, and are terrible at resolving issues. They even triple charged me for an additional POS system. The installation strategy was also terrible, as they expected me to do a self-installation with no assistance if anything went wrong. When I faced installation issues, they blamed me instead of providing proper support. I have had much better experiences with LightSpeed/Upserve and SpotOn at my other restaurants. I strongly recommend avoiding this system at all costs.

Pros
What I love most about this software is its exceptional user-friendliness. We can easily update our ever-changing menu, access real-time reports from anywhere and the customer service is outstanding.

“Affordable and Consistent”
Pros
It performed its tasks without causing any disruptions. The competitive pricing and enticing offers from other providers couldn't persuade me to switch.
Cons
I like the fact how the front-end staff found the system intuitive, but there were times when adjustments were needed on the back end. It would be great if those adjustments could be made easier for someone who is not as technically inclined. Although the support team was helpful, I felt that some things should have been easier to fix without needing their assistance.
