“great onboarding thanks to their responsive team”
Pros
Launch was incredibly easy to follow for my team and the customer service has been outstanding. The direct messaging feature is a huge plus because it gives me a convenient way to reach the team when I need help. Learning the software took very little time. I moved over from a competing POS platform but the transition was smooth which made switching systems much less stressful.
Cons
My only real complaint was a short outage caused by a server problem but it was resolved quickly. They clearly keep working to make the software better and actively ask customers what improvements would actually be useful.

Pros
Learning the basics of this program is a no-brainer for me and my staff. I had them trained and ready in no time. The customer support has been amazing and the bulk editing feature is something I really appreciate.
Cons
It doesn't include every function I'd want although there are plenty of workarounds that make it possible to handle most tasks. I'd also really like a simpler way for sellers to upload their own inventory and it would be better if the email templates allowed more customization.

“Handles data volume well”
Pros
Getting started with this app is incredibly easy to follow and day-to-day use has been just as simple. We manage an online marketplace with thousands of products and ConsignCloud handles everything really well. Their support has been outstanding. Any time we've had a question or needed help sorting something out the response has come almost immediately.
Cons
I'd love to see an the option to apply fixed-amount payouts to certain consignment products so we don't have to calculate and enter those percentages manually.
