Pros
This application is really impressive because you can get everything set up very quickly and without much hassle. The interface is clean and well organized so it does not take long to find your way around. What I especially appreciate is how well it lets you track processes and keep everything visible in one place.
Cons
From time to time the page loads a bit slowly and the initial setup can feel somewhat tricky at first. Once you get familiar with it though, it stops being much of an issue.

Getting started was incredibly fast. The platform is very easy to use and customizing it to fit our needs was simple.
Cons
Since we moved over from a more advanced system this one doesn't offer quite the same level of depth. That said the tradeoff is a day-to-day experience that feels much less difficult.
