amazing support team

Pros

It has been very easy to work with since the beginning. I truly believe that it is built keeping a lot of user needs in mind. The biggest highlight for my team though has been the customer service. After using a platform where getting a reply could take days, this platform's immediate support response has been incredible.

Cons

It definitely includes more features than we currently need. That said it's reassuring to know those tools are already available if our needs expand later on.

Support team we can depend on

Pros

Customers really like how simple the booking platform is to use. The reminders they get are helpful and the system offers a lot of useful features. Customer service has also been outstanding. Anytime I run into an issue, they get back to me almost right away and answer my questions.

Cons

At first, not being able to text customers directly was a drawback. Some parts of the reporting could also be more robust but we've been able to work around it.
