Pros
The softwares ease of use is fantastic. I enjoy the ability to customize various aspects. Most importantly, the customer service is exceptional!
Cons
Honestly, I cannot think of anything cons! The only issue I have is when my receptionists accidentally create a new client instead of using the correct client name. Fortunately, it is easy to fix by utilizing Intelli Merge or manually merging duplicate clients.

Cons
The layout could be improved to enhance the seamlessness of other features. There is a lot of clicking involved, and it would be more functional to have a way to categorize information on the screen.

Having used other online systems, I find Meevo to be very user-friendly. The guided walk-through steps and excellent reporting system are highly appreciated.
Cons
It would be great if they introduced a built-in referral program instead of a points system.
