Meevo is user-friendly and provides helpful reports that make it easy to analyze data.
Cons
Meevo does not allow me to run payroll numbers for dates that do not exactly align with the pay period. It also lacks the option to change an individuals pay rate for a specific day. Changing someones pay in the middle of a pay period is not possible and if you go back to run a prior period, it uses the current rate.

Cons
While there are a few areas within Meevo that could be improved, the list is relatively small compared to the overall capabilities of the POS system. Reporting and inventory management are two areas that could benefit from improvements. It would be valuable to gather feedback from users to enhance both reports and inventory features.

The reporting feature in Meevo is exceptional for gaining daily insights into my company. The smart centers are fantastic for coaching and goal setting. Meevo is always open to making changes and adding new functions to adapt to industry changes.
Cons
Some reports lack sufficient detail and are too broad, although there have been some nice recent changes. However, it takes a long time for new ideas to be implemented and go live.

It is user-friendly for everyone, from management to our employees and surpasses other spa software options. While there is a lot to explore in Meevo, it might be overwhelming for new users. However, with patience and time, they will discover its immense benefits for scheduling, inventory and overall spa management.
Cons
Whenever we encounter limitations within the software, the company releases updates that address them. I also like how the company consistently listens to user concerns and strives to find new ways to improve.

Meevo is quite easy to use and their customer service and educational resources are outstanding. There are plenty of add-on options available too.
Cons
My only request is to have a stylist-specific "request only" option for online booking. We have stylists who only accept requests and unfortunately, we cannot offer their clients the ability to book online without opening them up to non-request clients.

Booking, checkout and client management are very easy to do with Meevo! The customer support is absolutely amazing. The wide range of reports allows me to have a clear picture of my businesss performance. With all the tools and features offered by Meevo, I can properly run my business without any guesswork!
Cons
The online booking program in Meevo is not the greatest. I receive 3 to 5 calls per week from clients complaining about its lack of user friendliness. I do wish there was a way to customize the online booking or make it visually more appealing. However, I acknowledge that Meevo has been making beneficial changes to the online booking process and it is now easier to use than before.

As a multi-location business, Meevo provides numerous benefits that I like. Navigating between locations is so easy and the Central Office feature allows me to view individual numbers or combined data.
Cons
It would be great if some of the reports were customizable to provide the specific data we need. Additionally, having a staff rewards/incentive platform would be beneficial which allows us to acknowledge when they meet their goals. It would also be nice if there was better integration with Aveda for automatic price increases.

Honestly, there is nothing about Meevo that I dont love! I previously used it at another facility I managed, and it was an obvious choice when we were seeking a new platform for my current job.
Cons
I have noticed that clients sometimes get confused during online booking and end up booking multiple services for themselves instead of a group. This becomes challenging when we require a deposit, as applying it to the correct appointment after correcting the mistake can be a bit of a challenge.

Cons
The way add-on services are displayed on the schedule can be confusing, especially when an add-on is scheduled in a different room than the original service. It does not clearly show that the second room is occupied.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything cons! The only issue I have is when my receptionists accidentally create a new client instead of using the correct client name. Fortunately, it is easy to fix by utilizing Intelli Merge or manually merging duplicate clients.

Booking, checkout and client management are very easy to do with Meevo! The customer support is absolutely amazing. The wide range of reports allows me to have a clear picture of my businesss performance. With all the tools and features offered by Meevo, I can properly run my business without any guesswork!
Cons
The online booking program in Meevo is not the greatest. I receive 3 to 5 calls per week from clients complaining about its lack of user friendliness. I do wish there was a way to customize the online booking or make it visually more appealing. However, I acknowledge that Meevo has been making beneficial changes to the online booking process and it is now easier to use than before.

Cons
I have noticed that clients sometimes get confused during online booking and end up booking multiple services for themselves instead of a group. This becomes challenging when we require a deposit, as applying it to the correct appointment after correcting the mistake can be a bit of a challenge.
