No body can do it better.

Pros

Scheduling clients and handling transactions is very easy and simple in Meevo. It also allows easy rearrangement of appointments.

Cons

When using it as a time clock, we sometimes had to clock in twice.

Meevo is a secret weapon for accurate medical spa retail sales and and analysis.

Pros

The setup and monthly fees for Meevo are a concern, but the opportunity for add-ons, streamlined process, data analysis, retail capabilities and customer focus make it worthwhile. They truly understand our needs.

Cons

I would love for Meevo to include EMR functionality for small, purely medical spa practices.

User Friendly

Pros

Meevo is user-friendly and provides helpful reports that make it easy to analyze data.

Cons

Meevo does not allow me to run payroll numbers for dates that do not exactly align with the pay period. It also lacks the option to change an individuals pay rate for a specific day. Changing someones pay in the middle of a pay period is not possible and if you go back to run a prior period, it uses the current rate.

Happy with Meevo!

Pros

Learning and using the Meevo system is very simple. The transition from our old system was relatively smooth.

Cons

Emma Marketing can be troublesome and often gives me a hard time. I am not a fan.

Perfect Software

Pros

One of the best things about Meevo is its ease of use. It is simple to train employees on scheduling and the system offers helpful features and excellent customer support. The analytical reports are fantastic.

Cons

Pros

We like how Meevo notifies clients about their appointments. The option to add an online booking feature is great. The reports are amazing and easy to navigate.

Cons

I have been using Meevo since day one, and I am very much satisfied with the software, its features and the accessible reports. The customer service is also very helpful.

Cons

Pros

We love that Meevo is a comprehensive solution that covers all aspects of our business, including clients, services, inventory, revenue reporting, marketing and more. It is great that they collaborate with other vendors to enhance their platform and ours.

Cons

While there are a few areas within Meevo that could be improved, the list is relatively small compared to the overall capabilities of the POS system. Reporting and inventory management are two areas that could benefit from improvements. It would be valuable to gather feedback from users to enhance both reports and inventory features.

Confirmation Manager and Textel (Meevo Messenger) have completely transformed my experience!

Cons

In the appointment book, it would be helpful if the horizon changes colors when clients check-in and check-out, in addition to the check indicator and crossing out the appointment.

Pros

The reporting feature in Meevo is exceptional for gaining daily insights into my company. The smart centers are fantastic for coaching and goal setting. Meevo is always open to making changes and adding new functions to adapt to industry changes.

Cons

Some reports lack sufficient detail and are too broad, although there have been some nice recent changes. However, it takes a long time for new ideas to be implemented and go live.
