“Pricing updates fail badly”
Pros
This software is incredibly hard to work with since it has no graphical user interface at all. There are plenty of better alternatives available. On top of that, price and menu updates do not publish correctly.
Cons
Sometimes the menu items show up as free. Other times, the menu prices come through lower than they are supposed to be.

“Awful experience with it”
Pros
Honestly nothing positive comes to my mind. I would not recommend this company in any way.
Cons
This service used to be good but now it has become terrible with nonstop problems and no real action to resolve the integration issues with Lightspeed. Whenever they try to fix something, it only seems to make things worse and it feels like no one cares at all.

Right after installation the interface feels modern and simple and it doesn't take much time to figure out how to use the software.
Cons
If I had to mention anything it would be that creating reports and statistics may be a bit hard for the average user to understand. Other than that I really haven't come across any drawbacks.
