Pros:
The best thing about this software is its easy use of use
Cons:
I really like the inventory management system, which worked well for managing bar inventory.

Pros:
It has a very good interface and is very versatile. Based on cloud computing.
Cons:
iOS support only. Apple products are costly, so not efficient on that end

Unmitigated Disaster

Pros:
Nothing. There is no redeeming quality in this POS system and I have personally used over 20 POS systems over the last 12 years.
Cons:
The code is deeply bugged. Be careful if you are an advanced user and the POS is underdeveloped and can create financial fraud.

Pretty, but Problematic

Pros:
I work for a small college bookstore that recently transitioned from an ancient, outdated POS system. Revel has an efficient and user-friendly interface.
Cons:
Loads of bugs, the customer service care takes a lot of time to resolve the issue. For a small business with only one cash register, this can be hectic.

Knitty Gritty Yarns

Pros:
Incase the internet went down it has the function for offline desktop sales. The Quickbooks Desktop offline sales, formerly integrated enables this.
Cons:
Back end dashboard is difficult to navigate. They eliminated Desktop integration on short notice and Customer service can have EXTREMELY long wait times.

Deli Boys

Pros:
It was a good value and offered a lot of features.

There are other systems out there that offer much more detailed features and better customer service.

good POS platform for small businesses

DBK

Pros:
The ideal choice for small businesses and entrepreneurs for the sheer ease it offers in usage and functions. Top-notch training. Easily the best cloud-based POS on the market.
Cons:
Can be seen as a little overpriced for small businesses the company-provided stand is not the best design, so we had to buy one for better use.

long-term companion

Pros:
We have been using Revel too much for too long. The software is efficient and extremely easy to learn. The interface is very comprehensive and everything is easy to learn/understand.
Cons:
Dashboard/menu seems a little busy. could use a better orderly arrangement.

Not recommended for B2C businesses

Coatings Hub

Pros:
No functionality for retail companies, none that works anyway. it looks promising but does not deliver. no integration with Quickbooks. Customer service is spotty at best, waiting time is agonizingly long.
Cons:
Leaves much to the imagination. does not communicate with Quickbooks despite making claims that it does. A total waste of our hard-earned bucks, effort and countless hours. Would not recommend for retailers AT ALL.
