Their systems sometimes flag activity as possible fraud or risk so you end up having to call every few months to get things sorted out. It's definitely a hassle although the support team is usually understanding when you do reach them.

Running my business with it has been really convenient because I can accept client payments from many countries right away without having to travel which makes things much more comfortable. Another big plus is that it feels more secure against hacking and fraud than similar platforms and that matters the most to me.

A concern I have with PayPal is the high international fees, along with how long bank account refunds can take. It also tends to attract scammers quite often. On top of that, customer support still needs improvement in the way issues are handled and in the overall level of service.

Having all my payment methods stored in one place is really convenient and switching between them is quick when I need to choose how to pay. Checkout is also very fast which makes purchases feel much more efficient.

Goods & Services fees can be pretty high at times. The customer support team does try to help but there have been a few occasions where payments were refunded incorrectly or put on hold. In the end though, each of those issues did get resolved one way or another.

Transactions are processed quickly and with a high level of accuracy. The support team is also consistently helpful and everything feels secure and well handled.

Cons

Getting back into a locked account can be frustrating since you cannot even log in to sort it out. The issue was resolved through a phone call with the team but having other recovery options available would definitely make things better.
