Cons
Using the debit card or relying on it like a bank account, has been a headache because transactions will randomly get declined at times which is incredibly embarrassing. It can also make transfers look like they're being blocked by another bank or financial institution, when PayPal is actually the one causing the problem. I had this happen with a mortgage payment once and I was absolutely furious. The other institution showed no sign that they had even tried to pull the money. On top of that, customer service is awful when these issues come up, it honestly feels like they only have someone there to pick up the phone, not to actually help.

Cons
There were a few problems along the way. At one point, I couldn't claim a payment because it asked me to submit documentation. I understand and even appreciate the extra security but the automated system kept rejecting the document I uploaded even though it matched the stated requirements. Also, getting connected to a real customer support person instead of AI was difficult which made the whole situation much more frustrating than it should have been. I eventually got the issue resolved in my favor but the delay had a significant impact on my finances during that time.

“Unmatched flexibility”
Pros
Having lots of ways to use it is a big plus. I can link it to my eBay account, shop without any hassle and the pay later option is really helpful too.
Cons
Transferring money to my bank account has caused issues. I also wish it offered more features when switching between different accounts.

Pros
Its so easy to use and I can move through the system without any trouble. Whenever I log in, I'm able to find everything I need without wasting time searching around.
Cons
Nothing to complain about. Both the app and the website are very simple to navigate and I haven't run into any problems at all.

Pros
Using it has been really convenient and the mobile app works well. Being able to send money privately is a nice feature for privacy. It's also very simple to use.
Cons
There are a few too many steps when logging in. I'd rather have auto-login or not have to type my password every single time.

Pros
It is the payment method I trust most because it feels secure and simple to use every time. It really gives me confidence whenever I need to make a payment.
Cons
A few parts are still a bit confusing to me especially the rewards and cashback programs. I have never really used those features.

“awesome fraud protection features”
Pros
PayPal feels reliable when it comes to handling transactions and its fraud protection features make users feel a lot more secure and confident about using the platform.
Cons
The fees are something you have to keep in mind if you choose to use the service which is pretty normal for a payment or commerce platform. They are not surprising at all but they are still probably the part I like the least.

“Simplest platform out there”
Pros
It is the simplest payment platform I've used. It handles pretty much everything I need and also works like a secure online bank.
Cons
The rewards on their credit cards aren't the strongest and the APR is pretty high. That's really my only complaint. The perks could definitely be better.
