it has been simple and it's available for users in the Caribbean which makes it especially convenient.

Cons

It still isn't offered in enough countries so I'd really like to see PayPal expand its availability further.

Running a nonprofit, I pay lower fees when receiving donations and because PayPal is a trusted name and so simple to use, it makes donating simple for supporters.

Cons

The reporting could definitely be better and if you're not registered as a charity, the fees feel a little high.

I honestly haven't run into any downsides with the software, everything about it has worked well for me.

The fees are pretty high, the conversion rates are expensive and credit card payments can be inconvenient for customers who don't have an it account.

Getting your money out can take a while since withdrawals usually take 2 to 5 business days unless you pay an extra fee to receive it right away.

The browser version still offers more features than the app. If you ever forget your account details, the recovery process can feel longer than expected. Faster cash flow and better exchange rates would also make it even better.

The standout benefits are definitely the security and the convenience it provides when paying or shopping online, mainly because it lets us avoid entering our card details on every website where we make transactions. On top of that, its tools for receiving and managing payments are very practical and they give our customers an extra payment option.

The only real downside I would point out is how long it takes to move funds from the account to a bank account since it usually takes around 3 to 5 days. There is an instant transfer option available but it comes with a $46.00 fee per transaction which feels pretty expensive to me.

Customer support can be rigid when problems come up that are outside the user's control and it would be better if they worked toward a fair resolution instead of just giving a no.

There's still room for improvement across the board even though it's fairly user-friendly. Some features and terms could definitely be explained better which would make the whole experience even easier to understand.
