“Keeps track of everything”

Pros

Very easy to understand. I can keep track of payments, invoices and refunds without any trouble and it feels like a solid value for the money.

Cons

I'm not thrilled with the customer support. On certain issues, it seems to take longer than it should to get help.

Pros

Using it feels very reliable and convenient. It comes in handy for shopping, accepting payments or sending money to someone. The whole process is very fast and simple to use.

Cons

My only real issue with it is the fee for instant withdrawals although it is not a major problem since regular withdrawals usually arrive within a day.

“Trusted protection for online shopping”

Pros

As someone who uses it regularly I appreciate that it keeps my card and bank information private from merchants and also includes buyer-protection features which makes me feel more secure when shopping online.

Cons

From a customer standpoint, I do occasionally overlook currency conversion or cross-border fees and they can end up making transactions cost more than I expected at first.

“convenient for sending money”

Pros

It has been excellent for me. It's really convenient for sending money and since I buy, sell and trade shoes quite often, it's the platform I rely on for all of my transactions. The customer support has also been very helpful whenever I've run into an issue or needed to file a dispute. They've handled refunds and tracking number problems well and I've seen very few bugs or technical issues. Overall PayPal gives me a lot of value for the money.

Cons

My wife has had a few problems with it in the past while using it for her small business but aside from that, it has been a very good platform for both of us.

“Paypal makes payments worry-free”

Pros

It has become one of my favorite banking apps because sending money, paying for purchases and receiving funds all feels really simple. Their customer support is also simple to reach and talk to and they handle any problems that come up pretty quickly. I also prefer using PayPal on websites I do not completely trust since it gives me extra protection against scams.

Cons

Nothing negative to mention. The app and the money cards work the way they are supposed to.

“appreciate the invoicing tools”

Pros

It's accepted almost everywhere, whether I'm sending money or getting paid. The payment protection has been really helpful for reducing risk when I buy from a seller I don't know yet. I also appreciate the international support, the simple payment links and the invoicing tools.

Cons

I get the reason behind it but dealing with the Friends & Family versus Business categories could be frustrating at times.

“It is widely accepted”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how widely it is accepted which makes dealing with international clients really convenient. It also offers strong protection policies for both buyers and sellers.

Cons

Over time it starts to feel fairly expensive because of the fees especially on international transactions. Aside from that, I do not have any real complaints.

“overall decent enough”

Pros

PayPal is a familiar name that most people already know and trust because it has been around for such a long time. It is also nice that they still offer a full website instead of pushing everything into a mobile app.

Cons

It does have some glitches at times. There are moments when it fails to redirect the way it should or it asks for updated information and then does not seem to recognize the changes after you submit them.

“Clean design and broad access”

Pros

These days it seems to be available and visible on more and more online platforms which makes it convenient to find. Getting into the app is very simple. The interface is clean, simple and well designed. It includes everything you'd expect and want from it. Signing up is basically hassle-free and I'm really happy I decided to join.

Cons

Even with all of that, I do get a little turned around at the start sometimes, probably because I only go directly to the site once in a while. Aside from that, I honestly can't think of any real downsides.

Pros

It's practical and simple to use but the strongest part is definitely its security. It gives real peace of mind to anyone using it as a payment method. There are also plenty of integrations available.

Cons

The fees can be a bit high at times and the ecommerce integration is not always very user-friendly even though it has improved a lot.

Pros

Its easy to use and the customer service has been very good. It is a solid system overall and works well for just about anyone.

Cons

My only complaint is that people can do something similar to a chargeback and it can take up to 30 days for the issue to be resolved.

Using it feels simple which makes it even more valuable and the customer support is awesome too. Everything is simple and never feels complicated.

Cons

There was nothing specific that I disliked or thought was overly complicated.

I love using it because the app is incredibly simple to use. Everything is simple to handle and I have never run into bugs or technical issues which I definitely appreciate. The Pay in 4 option is also a feature I really enjoy. Overall the value this app provides is honestly a 10 out of 10.

Cons

I genuinely do not have any complaints about PayPal because it has worked perfectly for me. I have never needed to contact customer support since I have had zero problems and that is a big reason why PayPal has become one of my favorite apps.

“Knowledgeable team”

Pros

The platform is simple to use, feels secure when sending or receiving payments and the customer service has been top-notch. I also appreciate being able to check our account breakdown whenever we need to.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. Whenever a question or issue has come up, the support team has responded quickly and helped resolve it or explain things clearly.

“great regular automatic payment feature”

Pros

Paying for purchases with it has been really convenient and I use it very often. The Pay in 3 option has helped me many times by letting me spread out the cost instead of paying everything at once. I also rely on the regular automatic payment feature for three recurring bills which has been very useful.

Cons

Klarna Pay in 3 allows payment by credit card while PayPal Pay in 3 only accepts debit cards. Because of that it feels less flexible.

“consistent performance”

Pros

PayPal has been around for a long time and it has consistently felt like a secure way for me to send and receive money.

Cons

I wish that it could be used more directly in stores when buying things. It's also frustrating that when a problem comes up, getting in touch with someone for help isn't easy.

Its very user friendly. It provides a secure way to send and receive money when buying or selling goods online.

Cons

At times completing a payment can feel a bit complex when a website does not have it directly integrated though that is not really a problem caused by PayPal itself.

“Perfect for global payments”

Pros

Sending and receiving money across countries is pretty simple with it. I'm also able to use it to pay on certain merchants' websites which makes online purchases more convenient.

Cons

The transaction fees are quite high. The PayPal credit card still isn't offered in every country and a lot of merchants don't accept PayPal as a payment option.

“highly recognized payment platform”

Pros

Being one of the most recognized payment platforms out there, it is simple to use and can make your product feel much more attractive to customers. Their built-in customer support also helps take some pressure off your team.

Cons

It does not happen often but account restrictions that force customers to update their profile settings can add just enough friction to make some abandon their carts.

“Only money transfer app that I trust”

Pros

Out of all the money transfer apps this is the only one I really trust. It makes invoicing simple, the customer support is helpful and it's easily one of the most user-friendly apps I've used.

Cons

There's very little I dislike about it. I enjoy pretty much everything about it and knowing PayPal is backing the transaction gives me a lot of confidence when I use it.
