I appreciate that the clean, simple design makes everything simple and the payment process works really efficiently.

We really appreciate the nonprofit discount on fees. The platform works the way it should and fits into our existing website donation workflow without much trouble. Donors have a simple giving process and the admin backend is simple to navigate and manage.

Getting back into the account can be frustrating if you ever get locked out. Customer support has generally been helpful but resolving the issue can still take a while.

I've been using PayPal for more than 5 years now and I'm extremely happy with how easy it is to use and how quickly payments and available balances are transferred. Whenever I've had questions the customer support team has always been there with friendly help. Overall I'm completely satisfied with it's service and would gladly recommend it.

It would be even better if it also supported cryptocurrencies.

PayPal's multi-currency system is probably the feature I appreciate most. On top of that, its security and overall functionality make it a very reliable platform to use.

One of the biggest reasons I keep using this service is how much it covers in one place. It lets me send and request money without hassle, whether it's within the country or internationally and I can also create invoices for goods and services. Another part I really value is the flexibility in payment methods since transactions can be handled through debit cards, credit cards or ACH transfers from a bank account. The mobile app is also a big plus because it keeps things convenient and sends timely notifications when I'm away from my desk and need to pay attention to an important transaction.

If I had to point out one drawback, it would be PayPal's fee structure because it can feel a bit complicated at times. The way the fees are presented sometimes makes it hard to tell exactly what charge will apply to a specific type of transaction. Even with that, most of the fees still seem fair overall so it doesn't end up being a major issue for me. I would still absolutely recommend using PayPal.

Back in 2003 I started using PayPal to send and receive money for online transactions and it has been consistently reliable ever since. The process is smooth and the security is strong enough that I'm comfortable doing business even with complete strangers online. Another big plus is how well PayPal integrates with websites which adds a layer of credibility to any site that offers it. Whenever it's available I usually choose PayPal over other payment methods. I also prefer not to have my personal banking information scattered all over the internet so keeping it limited to a few trusted platforms matters to me and PayPal has definitely earned that trust.

There's honestly not much for me to complain. The one issue that comes up is when I request money from someone who doesn't really know the platform well because they can accidentally choose the option that adds fees to the transaction even though PayPal's instructions seem fairly clear to me. Aside from that I've never run into any payment processing problems which is exactly why I've continued using it for almost 20 years.

Using PayPal has made things much more convenient for us than before. It's a widely accepted payment platform and I haven't run into any hidden charges. I'm able to shop from just about anywhere without dealing with payment transaction problems since it works across almost every platform.

Using PayPal online along with the PayPal Cash Card which is a Mastercard debit card, has been really convenient. There are no monthly fees and I can link all of my cards to the account, including Visa/Mastercard gift cards which is a big plus.

Something I'd really like to see is the ability to add money to my PayPal balance directly from a debit card or Visa/Mastercard gift card for added convenience. They should also remove the monthly fee on the PayPal prepaid debit card.

On both desktop and mobile using Paypal has been really easy. The how-to information is simple to locate, the layout is clear and everything stays readable even on a smaller phone screen. Syncing between mobile and desktop happens instantly and the transaction features in this software are fantastic.

One small annoyance was noticing a duplicate old address in my profile that I couldn't remove. The system told me to contact customer service but the link sent me to the help section instead. If an address is updated it would make more sense to ask whether the old one should be kept or deleted. They also need to make sure hyperlinks are actually working instead of being broken. On mobile it's also not very simple to find the options to chat, message or call customer service. Still, those issues feel minor compared with how well the transaction functions work.

The installation doesn't take much effort either. It runs well on all kinds of devices whether it's a PC, laptop, phone or tablet. I just downloaded the app and set up my account.

I think one of the biggest advantages of this application is how widely it is accepted across the world. A lot of platforms and companies support PayPal and the system feels verified and secure. Transactions usually go through successfully and the payment process is quick. It also lets us handle different kinds of bill payments, online purchases, recharges and more using debit cards, credit cards and other available payment options.

Every transaction comes with a fee and those charges are higher than what many competitors ask for. There is also the risk of an account being frozen without any prior warning. On top of that, if a transaction fails or stays pending, getting the debited amount refunded can take a long time.

I really haven't had any issues so far. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the taxes and deductions taken out when a client pays me so with my set pricing I end up receiving less through the PayPal business app.
