“user support needs improvement”
Pros
Inventory management is still where this shines for us. We can track categories and sub-categories with lots of data fields and it handles all types of equipment well.
Cons
Support quality just hasn't bounced back to where it used to be. Some things they call innovations are things we never asked for while actual user-submitted ideas on their own platform get completely ignored.

Pros
Since it runs on Access, the data is easy for me to dig into and it handles hiring well.
Cons
Beyond hiring, everything else feels like an afterthought. Purchasing, stock management and sales were clearly built without input from people who actually do that work. There are missing features everywhere including no quarantine functionality, no delivery dates by order line and no way to flag hazardous products. There's no manual either and the built-in help barely covers anything useful.
