Strong billing controls

Pros

From table layout to tablet-based order punching, the system covers a lot of what's needed to run restaurant billing efficiently. The integration options, add-ons, predefined offers, passcode controls and user access restrictions are all really useful for managing operations. It also supports multiple tabs like dine-in and delivery, along with multiple pricing and other additional options that makes it very practical.

positive experience

Pros

Managing billing and inventory is simple and it really helps keep the restaurant running efficiently. Having QR, online ordering, kiosk and other third-party aggregators built into a single application makes it hard to beat and one of my favorite solutions to use.

Cons

One issue is that if the main POS goes down, printing stops as well and then the whole application has to be reloaded on another POS. Other than that, I really do not have any complaints at the moment.

The Zomato and Swiggy integration is extremely useful for handling customer orders and online orders get synced with its POS automatically in real time.
