“No follow-through on claims”

There's honestly nothing positive I can say about it. We would not recommend it at all.
Cons
They made a lot of promises upfront but the actual experience was a disaster. During onboarding they advised us to use a third-party integration app so we could have 3 variants. That app performed an unauthorized upload which essentially wrecked our website and removed a large number of our variants. Even after that they offered no real help to fix the damage and we're still dealing with the fallout to this day. The customer service team has shown very little concern for what this has done to our business and they have also failed to call us at the times they scheduled. There's no direct number to reach anyone either. They insist they've met the terms of the contract even though we were left with a system that was unusable and they shifted the blame to the same integrator app they told us to use. The lack of accountability and concern over the damage to our business has been extremely frustrating. Even though the system has never been operational or properly used they continue charging us the monthly fee.

A useful part of the system is being able to show product images and add upsell items directly on the POS screen.
Cons
Completing a sale takes far too many clicks but the biggest problem by far has been the terrible customer service. We've been dealing with a major issue across our two outlets where the inventory stock values are coming out wildly inaccurate. A Maropost support rep has been looking into it for months and even though we keep hearing that the developers will check it soon, nothing has been resolved. Because of that we still have no reliable idea of the stock value we're holding in our retail stores.

Pros
Training new staff on the POS was fairly easy.
Cons
Switching over from our previous system took an incredibly long time to set up. When we reached out for help, Retail Express support just pointed us to outdated videos to figure it out ourselves. In the end, I had to pay a third-party consultant to come in and teach me how to use it properly. Beyond the POS side it has been terrible across the board and even the stock management is inaccurate.
