Pros

The representative provided hands-on help during the setup process, and the customer service throughout the entire journey has been excellent. Once you are all set up, it is incredibly convenient for employees to use and eliminates unnecessary steps.

Cons

I am really glad we switched from our previous system. We did not want to lose money or deal with the hassle and I am pleased that we made the right decision.

Great investment for your business to succeed

Pros

The system is effective and offers a wide range of options for my restaurant. The customer service is exceptional, and having a backup router is a huge advantage. Even when the Internet goes down, I can still operate smoothly.

Cons

The closing day report should be clearer and easier to understand.

Pros

I really love the fact how user-friendly the system is. It is fantastic that training my staff on the system was not a time consuming process. The back-of-the-house training was outstanding and incredibly easy to follow.

Cons

So far, after using the system for only three weeks, I have not noticed any drawbacks.

Pros

We are grateful for the responsiveness of the SpotOn staff. We feel fully supported by their support team and have peace of mind knowing that contingencies are in place in case something goes wrong, such as an internet outage or system glitches. We trust that these issues would be promptly addressed and resolved.

Cons

There is a learning curve with SpotOn. The system can be initially confusing since it involves navigating different websites. However, the staff is always available to help.

The Support Rep I spoke with was incredibly helpful in addressing the chaos we were experiencing in our current systems back-of-the-house operations.

Cons

My least favorite thing was not having enough time with the rep.
