I do not have anything good to mention as I have only used it as a customer at an establishment that uses SpotOn.
Cons
There is no online option for customers to check their gift card balance. When I reached out to customer support, it took multiple back-and-forth emails for them to provide me with the balance on my two gift cards. Unfortunately, both balances they sent me were incorrect. Every other gift card in my wallet allows me to check the balance online except for this one.

The POS system was fairly easy to learn. It only took me about 2 days to get the hang of it. It is also quick and efficient when closing up at night which reduces the amount of paperwork we have to handle. My employees love it.

The letters on the receipt should be bigger and bolder. Additionally, the names of our delivery services like Doordash, Uber, Postmate, and Grubhub need to be larger and darker on the ticket.

Cons
I would love to incorporate text message notifications for customers. Another business offers an AI system to filter phone calls and connect with genuine customers. If we implement this, we will be the first to do so.

Early on, we noticed that the company was growing too fast and encountering difficulties. There were numerous instances of communication breakdowns and the release of faulty features. The reporting sites would often go down during busy shifts, which eroded our teams trust. We really want to implement handheld devices for our servers, but the product is completely different from the workstation. It is like teaching someone to use two different systems. Please make them consistent and do it soon!
