“appealing concept, limited depth”
Pros
The interface looks good, the game style options are fairly decent and the overall concept is interesting. I can definitely see this being effective for certain companies.
Cons
It starts to get harder to use when you're working with more complex metrics and KPIs. The game styles and use cases feel somewhat limited and customer support hasn't been very helpful.

Has been a favorite for us and the biggest reason is the people behind it. Alison, Jenn, James and everyone else we've interacted with have been absolutely fantastic! To us, they really are the essence of the software. Every other feature and benefit just feels like an added bonus on top of that.
