What really stands out is how personalized it can be. I'm able to send demos and tours to each person at the school and every one of them can get a different experience customized to their specific needs.

Cons

At this point, I honestly don't have any complaints. It's a really strong concept and a well-designed website and everything is simple to access and use.

Pros

Easy to use and it delivers on its core purpose of tracking and compiling demo videos. It didn't take long to learn so I was able to begin using it right away.

Cons

A few parts of the demo functionality could be better especially when it comes to viewing all the demos that have been sent in one place. I'm also not really a fan of the teammate analytics comparisons.

Pros

Getting direct feedback and real-time updates on clients is what I enjoy most. It lets me see exactly who has viewed my Consensus and that makes it simple to follow up with them right away.

Cons

The initial setup takes quite a bit of typing when entering client information and it feels like that process could be shortened. For instance, I have to enter a demo name almost twice which seems unnecessary and could definitely be reduced.

“Useful insights”

Pros

Sharing demos through this platform has been really helpful because I do not need to run every presentation live. Prospects can jump straight to the sections that matter most to them instead of sitting through one long generic walkthrough. The viewing insights are valuable too since I can see who watched the demo and which parts got the most attention. That makes my follow-up conversations much more relevant and productive.

Cons

Getting everything set up properly does take a little time to learn at first. Some of the editing and formatting tools could also be more accessible.

Navigating the platform feels very accessible and the reporting and analytics provide really valuable insights for users.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues on the platform that I couldn't sort out though there's always room for additional or newer features.
