The accuracy isn't great at the moment, I would really appreciate them improving the correctness of phone numbers and email addresses especially when it comes to personal contact details.

Usually I receive outdated information about an individual. What bothers me the most is that the leads aren't verified or reliably accurate and as a result they typically turn into obsolete contacts that I can't use.

Congreatating all emails linked to a person is convenient and I find this saves significant time while reaching both work and personal addresses.

Using the service directly on its website has proven pretty difficult unless I connect it to my personal LinkedIn profile. In my early experience there were constant problems pulling up contacts until I finally linked my account to LinkedIn and things started to work. I really hope the developers enhance the site so it can operate more independently without forcing a LinkedIn connection anymore.

While I like its results the free tier only provides a small number of email credits and after those are used I have to purchase the software. It also takes a long time to load on LinkedIn and occasionally returns incorrect emails so I've had to link it with other tools to improve accuracy and performance.

One thing I really appreciate about this tool is that it can uncover LinkedIn users' email addresses when you can't find their contact details by hand because the email isn't listed publicly on their profile.

I have a real issue with the way the extension sometimes behaves, it will indicate a LinkedIn account has an email but when I tap the Show button it flips to 'Email Unavailable' and frustratingly, I still lose one of my search credits from the plan. This inconsistent behavior wastes credits and makes me cautious about running searches.

Honestly I don't have any real complaints. There's a ton of contact information here and I wholeheartedly recommend it. I can't think of anything I dislike about the app. If something ever bothered me, I'm confident their team would handle it personally, they seem genuinely attentive and quick to respond which makes me feel supported whenever I reach out. Overall I have no dislikes to report and whenever I've contacted the tool's staff they've been very respectful and friendly.

What really bothers me is that they publish and sell outdated and therefore inaccurate, information taken from LinkedIn profiles without getting consent so the records could have been correct under different circumstances. I also find it really disappointing that it can take them up to thirty days to delete incorrect data and they only do so after a single opt-out, once someone discovers their information has been misused.
