Finding companies and direct decision-makers' emails and phone numbers is really simple with this tool. It's feasible to implement and start using, logging in directly through connected platforms like Gmail, my LinkedIn account and Sales Navigator makes frequent use convenient. I also appreciate the excellent customer support and the tool includes a wide range of features that provide real benefit for my outreach and prospecting workflows. I've relied on it often and it has become a regular part of my daily workflow.

Cons

Sometimes it struggles under heavy load when trying to generate and verify the correct email addresses and phone numbers especially after I connect it to platforms like Sales Navigator. That delay or occasional inaccuracy can be frustrating when I'm depending on it to build contact lists quickly.

As a recruiter I find it plugs into LinkedIn easily, runs quickly and gives reliable results and it's really feasible to navigate. When I'm sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn it typically returns the correct email address, phone number or both. I also like that the pricing is very affordable and there are free tiers available too.

Cons

I'm genuinely impressed with the tool and haven't found any problems or dislikes to report so far.

What's awesome is that when I type the name of just about any senior executive at most big companies, I can pull up their contact details, usually their job title, email address and phone number. Honestly being able to access that level of information so easily feels way more than impressive!

Not every contact includes a phone number which is a downside, however, I find emailing executives tends to be much more effective than trying to call them.

I'm disappointed that the tool doesn't pull business-related information alongside personal contacts, details like company addresses, revenue figures and business phone numbers are missing. That limitation is frustrating for me because I expected a fuller company data profile rather than just personal contact details.

The Chrome extension can feel a bit sluggish and I often have to click through several screens before I can see the complete contact details.

Occasionally the tool fails to work properly. While I'm checking, it can display an email address and phone number but when I click to view the mail an error appears and no contact details are shown. Other than that I haven't noticed any disadvantages with the tool.

One annoyance I've had is that the extension sometimes logs me out by itself which is a bit frustrating and there are occasions when the data I'm looking for isn't available though that's true of most similar tools. I used the free tier for a while so running low on credits was another limitation I dealt with but that's not a major complaint.

main thing I'd change is having credits refunded automatically when there's no verifiable information. I've had it show a verified email and then later backtrack but I'm still billed a credit for the incorrect result. I'd really appreciate better handling of those failed lookups so I don't lose credits.
