Pros
One of the biggest benefits has been how much valuable engagement it helps create across my websites. Having it connect directly with Omeda is an added bonus that makes it even more useful.
Cons
The logic can be inconsistent at times. Skip logic and display logic do not always behave the way they should and that ends up creating multiple problems for CredSpark quizzes.

Pros
It has become a key part of how we understand our audience and make sure they're getting the resources they actually need. It also adds a lot of value through website engagement and interactive content which really helps a site stand out from the rest.
Cons
Something I'd love to see improved is the analytics design. It would be really helpful to customize graph colors so the reports we share can better match our branding.

Pros
From the start, IT felt like a powerful and well-built tool for creating surveys, quizzes and forms. We really appreciated how customizable it is and the features were very easy to use. Their support team was outstanding and added a lot of real value. Being able to include images in answers, use question mapping, build interactive games and more made the platform feel like a 10/10 for us. We also really liked that it connects with our HubSpot account.
Cons
The only downside for us was the pricing. Since we were mainly using it to create forms and quizzes, it felt like we could probably go with a less expensive alternative.
