Pros
It keeps the whole signing process simple and saves a lot of time. Also adapts well for both senders and recipients, works smoothly across different devices and removes the hassle of printing, scanning or mailing paperwork. The audit trails and status notifications are also very clear so keeping track of documents is simple.
Cons
Pricing is the part I appreciate least. It feels expensive especially if you only use it occasionally and some useful features are only available on the higher-tier plans.

Using it has been such a positive experience. It's very simple to use, simple to follow and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone. Their customer service has also been excellent and I've never really run into bugs or other issues.
Cons
The pricing could be the only possible downside, I still feel it's absolutely worth the cost.

To get contracts out to vendors and receive legally binding signatures back within minutes saves us a huge amount of time.
Cons
Making corrections to a document after it's already been sent is unnecessarily frustrating. For the number of envelopes we actually use each month, the pricing also feels expensive.

Cons

Being able to sign, send and manage documents digitally from anywhere is the best part of it for me. It removes the need to print or mail anything, saves a lot of time and makes the whole workflow much more convenient.
Cons
One downside is that some of the more advanced features, such as bulk sending and advanced templates, are only available on higher-tier plans which can feel expensive if you only use them occasionally.

Handling electronic documents with it is really convenient. It cuts out the need to drive to an office just to sign something important which saves a lot of time. Closing deals moves much faster with it and the whole signing process feels frictionless for customers. It's simple for clients to use, stays legally compliant and works really well with CRMs which helps cut down on delays, manual effort and drop-off during the contract stage.
Cons
Costs can climb pretty quickly as usage increases and some of the more advanced features are only available on higher-priced tiers. Admin settings and templates can also feel fairly strong so more setup is often needed for complex sales workflows.

The biggest wins with it is the value for money especially since the document management features are available at no cost. It's very simple to use.. just read through it and you can quickly understand how everything works. The workflow management also cuts down the time spent preparing and signing contracts and it works really well for project-based contract signing with groups.
