autofill makes signing faster

Pros

It's still very convenient to use and I really appreciate the autofill features since they make signing across multiple documents much quicker and less repetitive.

Cons

Not quite as convenient as using simple paper and pencil and it became more difficult during covid because of sanitation concerns.

A very secure tool

Pros

Right away, the strong security gave me confidence in using it. The workflow management is excellent and the document and project management features have been incredibly useful in day-to-day work. Customer support has also been very helpful whenever needed. On top of that, it offers really good value for money since it is not expensive and the system is user-friendly overall.

Cons

The editing options are somewhat limited and getting the most out of the platform may take some training.

salesforce integration works in our favor

Pros

This signing software has become a key part of keeping up in a fast-paced sales environment. It lets me add personalized notes for clients and their signers and the Salesforce integration cuts down on administrative clicking as deals move into the final stages.

Cons

Initially making edits to documents after sending them out was a bit challenging. That said I chalk that up to my own learning curve because now updating a contract before the customer signs is a pretty simple process.

user friendly!

Pros

Using it has been a really positive experience because the platform is very user friendly and simple to work with. Everything feels simple and I haven't run into any bugs or technical issues at all.

Cons

Set up does come with a slight learning curve during implementation although it's very minor and not a big problem overall.

Fantastic Google drive signing

Pros

Thanks to the smooth connection with Google Drive, it has been a really convenient tool to use and I also appreciate that it offers both a free version and paid plans.

Cons

Like with a lot of tech tools, it's pretty easy to get comfortable using the free version and then suddenly realize that a feature you need for a time-sensitive document is locked behind a paid plan.

Positive experience

Pros

Sending documents to clients is very simple and being able to edit fields and add signature blocks with client details helps prevent any confusion. It offers really strong value for the price especially since the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the expired envelope alert. You do get an email letting you know something has expired but it does not clearly say which envelope it is so you have to dig through it to find it.

Pros

Getting documents signed with this tool is very simple for clients and recipients so things move along quickly without much confusion. It cuts out the whole printing and scanning process which saves a lot of time and it feels secure and well trusted. It also works reliably across different devices and the audit trail plus document tracking give extra peace of mind while keeping everything organized.

Cons

Pricing can feel a little steep for smaller teams or people who only use it occasionally and there are some limits when it comes to customizing certain templates. The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming when handling more complex workflows.

Excellent tool

Pros

It's a big help for our firm because we can upload, send and get documents signed by clients very quickly. It also works well with Intuit Lacerte which lets us send e-file forms for different tax entities and have clients sign them without delay.

Cons

It is a strong and widely trusted platform but the cost can add up once you have several users needing access to the program.

Always easy to use

Pros

Navigating the platform feels very simple and the signing workflow stays simple throughout especially with the automatic repositioning of contract initials and the automatic saving of signer email addresses.

Cons

trustworthy tool for signatures online

Pros

The biggest strengths it has is how dependable it is and how simple the signing process feels. The workflow adapts well, stays legally compliant and fits neatly into existing processes which cuts down turnaround time and removes a lot of administrative hassle.

Cons

A downside with it is the pricing and how complicated it can become as usage grows. Many of the more advanced capabilities sit behind higher-tier plans and handling templates, permissions and envelopes can start to feel more tedious than it should for larger teams.

Perfect for remote signing

Pros

It's a strong option for getting contracts and similar documents signed remotely, whether it's employee onboarding paperwork, lease agreements or other official forms that don't require meeting in person.

Cons

While it does a good job of handling paperwork without needing face-to-face meetings, the pricing is quite high and feels out of reach for small businesses or individual users.

real-time signatures in no time

Pros

Being able to have clients sign important documents from anywhere at any time has been a huge benefit and the signed forms come back to us in real time which is really convenient.

Cons

An issue we do run into is that some people do not always receive the documents we send so we end up having to resend them more than once.

preset documents save tons of time

Pros

One of the biggest advantages for me has been the preset documents that can be loaded and sent directly to clients. It makes the whole process much more efficient. Sending intake forms, contracts or other documents for review only takes a few minutes now. Another thing I appreciate is that if there's a mistake or a coworker wants to review something making a quick edit or correction is always an option.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is that some fields still stay required. If that's just an internal setting, then this can be ignored. But if it's something that could be improved, I'd suggest allowing it to be sent without every single field needing to be completed.

Pros

It feels much more stable now, with fewer problems across most document types and formats. They're also adding features to detect fraudulent input and signatures which is a really promising direction. Looking forward to what's coming next.

Cons

Uses more resources on the enterprise system now. During midday, when the usage is heavier across the company, there can be some competition for computer resources.

Pros

Sending and signing documents electronically is quick and secure with it. The platform is user-friendly and documents are accessible to anyone who needs them which makes the electronic signing process very simple.

Cons

Branding and template choices can feel limited which reduces the customization options available in it. Because of that, it can sometimes be harder to present it in a way that clearly reassures users that it is a safe option for signing documents electronically.

Loved using it

Pros

Pulling in documents from different places, signing them and exporting them again is very simple. It's a really useful app and the fact that it's completely free makes it even better.

Cons

Every now and then, the marker shifts from the spot where I placed it which makes signing in the exact right place difficult. That can get frustrating sometimes.

This tool has been a really reliable way to send, sign and securely store documents. It cuts down a lot of back-and-forth, saves time and gives everything a more professional feel especially when working remotely with clients or contractors. The signing flow is simple for both the person sending the document and the person receiving it.

Cons
