Handling document signatures is much simpler with it. Jobs like this, where older ways of working need to fit with modern tools, really call for a clever solution and it does exactly that.
Cons
There should be a way to create and save a signature into an autofill plugin, similar to how password autofill works.

Pros
Being able to send an envelope through it and have employees sign it immediately, without anyone needing to come down in person, has been really convenient.
Cons
Some of our members still struggle to complete it because the interface is not always very clear and they are not sure what they are supposed to click on.

“Our trustworthy tool for signatures”
Pros
Creating a T&Cs document and sending it out to a large group of people is really simple. It also makes it simple to track signature progress so we can clearly see what our response rate looks like.
Cons
A few users have told us that the links or documents sometimes end up in their spam folder. Some people also still prefer physical documents which again isn't really something caused by it.

Pros
It has been really helpful to use and the standout part is how smooth the overall experience feels. The interface is flexible and adaptive so even someone using it for the first time can usually figure things out without much trouble or confusion.
Cons
One place where it could be better is the mobile app. It doesn't feel as user-friendly as the desktop version and a few features use inconsistent naming which can make things a bit confusing at times.

Absolutely love it. Cutting down on paperwork and having everything flow more quickly has really helped our business move faster and when time is valuable, that makes a big difference.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. The system has worked really well for us. If I had to mention anything, it would only be that if the system ever went down, it could cause an issue.

Pros
We use it for e-signatures and document management and one of the biggest benefits is being able to give clients their own portal where they can keep signed and fully executed documents.
Cons
The hardest part of it is definitely the templates. Since we use the Rooms version, working with templates there is especially difficult and not very user-friendly.

Pros
Working with it for the past 9 months as a credentialing specialist has been really impressive. Our applican'ts are able to sign documents quickly without having to download any app on their device which makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
Only once in a while some recipients don't receive the email or link I send them. Thankfully, their customer support is excellent and resolves the issue as quickly as possible.

The interface looks modern, there's plenty of documentation available and setting up an account to buy a license was simple.
Cons
Actually using the product has been frustrating. The setup and documentation are good but post-purchase license assignment and support fail completel. Even on a Business Pro account, all we got was a generic reply from the support assistant that didn't help at all. Our card was charged but we still haven't been able to use the account properly. After paying for the Business Pro plan, we expected much better follow-up and definitely not problems with something as basic as assigning licenses. The UI also feels dated, the value for money is low and the plans and pricing are overly complicated making it hard to figure out what's actually right for us..

Sending documents out for signature is really simple and signing them is even more simple. The whole process feels very user-friendly though there are still a couple of downsides.
Cons
I'd want the option for the recipient to adjust the fillable fields when changes come up. The links also seem to expire a bit quickly although I can understand the reason behind that.

Using it to verify, sign and countersign documents has been very simple. I've mainly relied on it for contracts and other paperwork and it handles that job well.
Cons
Didn't run into any particular problems although my use was limited to signing documents only. It was simple to work with but I wasn't using it as a sender, only as a recipient.

Any positives they might have had are completely overshadowed by what feels like greed and an unethical business policy.
Cons
I was on an annual subscription and ended up using all of my monthly quota. When I needed more, I upgraded to a monthly plan and was fine with paying for it. The problem was that, apparently buried somewhere in their terms and conditions, that monthly upgrade cannot be canceled after the first month. Now I'm stuck paying this overpriced monthly plan until my original annual subscription ends. And when I contacted customer service, all they said was that it's in the terms and conditions.

Getting documents approved by multiple people is really convenient, no matter where everyone is located and the instant sharing makes the whole process even better.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about. That said it could be priced more affordably for administrators and it would help to have the option to share immediately or schedule it to be shared later.

What a secure way to handle documents that need signatures! I like it and it saves a huge amount of time compared with traditional methods. Being able to send, sign and track agreements from any device is especially convenient and keeps the entire process running smoothly.

Pros
Its gotten so simple to send documents out for signature that I sometimes second-guess whether I missed a step when setting up a new file. It's very hard to mess up, whether you're using an integration or just sending the document directly through the platform.
Cons
Only improvement that really comes to mind is having a way to view the number of available envelopes from connected systems. It would be especially useful if, when the signed document is sent back to the integrated system, it also included fields showing envelopes used and envelopes remaining. It would also help a lot if the system threw an error whenever no anchor text is found on the document.

My clients were already comfortable using it. I also appreciated being able to upload a document and clearly mark the exact spots where clients needed to initial or sign.

Pros
Sending and receiving documents for signature works smoothly and that has made a huge difference for us since everyone at the company works on different schedules. Being able to send something out and trust that the signed copy will come back without delays has been a real boost to our efficiency.
Cons
I have not run into any problems with how it functions. And given the company's reputation, I'm confident that if anything ever did come up down the line, their customer support would be very helpful.
