“professional signing workflow”
Pros
Getting paperwork signed by multiple parties is much more simple with it and it helps keep our processes organized. It also adds a polished, professional touch even to simple invoices that just need approval.
Cons
The pricing is a bit of a drawback for a small business. If it were closer in cost to similar products, we would probably use it more often.

“worth every dollar”
Pros
Absolutely worth the cost. It really helps speed up the process of getting documents signed and sent back on time.
Cons
My only real complaint is that when I first started using it, figuring out how to upload the documents was a bit confusing.

“file signing has never been quicker”
Pros
Sending and receiving files for signature with this software is really simple and I especially love that everything goes directly to the recipient's email.
Cons
You need a little time at the beginning but once you get the hang of it, it becomes very useful and definitely improves productivity.

“Very practical”
Pros
We use it because it's much more manageable for people who work mostly with paper documents and aren't very familiar with digital tools or electronic systems.
Cons
One drawback is that the emails often end up in spam so we have to resend them or ask people to check and confirm.

“remote signatures made simple”
Pros
It helps a lot when we need signatures from clients who can't come into the office to sign documents in person with a wet signature.
Cons
Every now and then, after entering an email address in it, the app freezes before moving to the next screen and I have to restart it.

“Great tool”
Pros
Getting started with it was very simple and the regular reminders to complete pending tasks were really helpful. The structured workflows kept everything organized so everyone received timely updates and fully signed documents. It also felt like a strong value for the range of services we were using.
Cons
There weren't any specific problems or frustrations with the tool that made us stop using it. The decision to move on was more about other platforms offering features that better matched our needs.

“Flexible and easy to use”
Pros
Being able to configure multiple signers and control the signing order, along with a clean and user-friendly interface, really helps when bringing staff on board or handling agreements with external vendors.
Cons
At times, the email notifications don't work as expected when a signature is completed and it shows up as only viewed instead. There are also enough settings in the platform that it can be a bit confusing to navigate sometimes.

“faster signatures and less printing”
Pros
Love how quick it is to get documents out to customers for signatures, it saves a lot of time since there's no need to print everything first.

“top choice for e-signatures”
Pros
When it comes to electronic signature tools, It is still my go-to. It feels like the original digital signature platform and in my opinion, nothing else really comes close to competing with it.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. If anything, it's just that so many other tools try to copy what it already does but none of them can really match it.

“Easy to track signatures with it”
Pros
It's pretty simple for both the sender and the signer to use. Keeping track of completed and pending documents is also simple and the tabs make it easier to manage each stage of the signing process.
Cons
If a client fails authorization, there can sometimes be trouble resending the forms without having to start the whole process over.

Pros
Having documents signed whenever it works for us is incredibly flexible. It has become an essential part of how we run our business.

“perfect for freelancers”
Pros
As a freelancer, handling client contracts with it is much more convenient. I can send documents, gather signatures and wrap up agreements within minutes even when everything is done remotely. It saves me a lot of time especially when I'm working with clients across different time zones.
Cons
A few of the more advanced features take some time to configure correctly. When sending more complex documents, you need to be careful with the setup to avoid layout problems.

“reliable for high-volume signing”
Pros
This is a dependable choice for our organization. We use it to handle bulk signatures for more than 500 employees and it also sends weekly offer letters straight from our recruiting software. The ability to include multiple signers and schedule delayed sending has been really useful.
Cons
There is very little I dislike about it. The only minor downside is that setting up templates and adding all the fields can sometimes take a while. I've also wanted to use it for sending CJI-type documents but I understand the cloud storage limitations prevent that so that isn't really an issue caused by DocuSign itself.

“Love it”
Pros
One of the best things about it is that you can sign documents from anywhere and it also offers a strong level of security to help keep your data protected.
Cons
The subscription options could be more flexible for occasional users. Sometimes you only need someone to sign a one-time document but they still have to pay for a full subscription period.

“Time saving tool”
Pros
Sending documents out for signatures with it is very simple and only takes a few clicks. The workflow tools keep everything organized which helps make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Being able to see exactly where each document is in the signing process is also really helpful. The platform is dependable, saves a lot of time and feels worth the cost because it removes so many extra steps. It keeps document management simple even for users who are not especially tech savvy.
Cons
One minor drawback is that documents occasionally take a little longer than expected to load and from time to time a signer may run into a small browser-related issue. It does not happen often but when it does, it can slow the process down a bit. I also feel the pricing could be more flexible for smaller teams.

“user-friendly!”
Pros
My confidence in this tool keeps building as it becomes more widely used and the platform is very simple to work with. Finishing an important form is quick and simple.
Cons
I still feel it costs a bit more than some competing options though the forms are much easier to complete which makes the higher price feel almost justified.
