Pros
Across Washington state, this is one of the most widely accepted options for digital signatures which matters a lot for us as a law firm. It also maintains detailed document management and getting remote employees set up is very simple. We've had little to no trouble using it and that has been a huge advantage.
Cons
The only real downside is that it feels a bit overpriced compared with other services in the market. Even so, what they offer is very strong and you can see the value in the price but the competition is tough so we ultimately stayed with the system we were already using.

it has given us a lot of value for the price... very simple to use and set up and it has helped us organize our document process much better.
Cons
No big complaints. The only issue I've run into is that, a couple of times, it didn't send a notification after a document was signed.

Cons
At times, we run into errors when customers need to sign documents that are more than a hundred pages long which can definitely be inconvenient.

At first, it felt like a really interesting solution because it fills a very specific need. The first time I used it, my reaction was basically wow.. an app that lets organizations and clients review documents and sign them without having to meet in person. It definitely addresses a real problem that needed a solution.
Cons
Lot of people complained that they couldn't even find the links and even when they did, they still couldn't get much done unless their internet connection was stable or good enough. The signature box turned into a major issue for most clients and the odd part is that whenever something went wrong and needed to be corrected, fixing it felt almost impossible.

“deceptive renewal and refund issues”

Not good.
Cons
I'm extremely disappointed with it. The website and customer support provided conflicting details about refunds and my subscription was renewed automatically without any prior notice or clear warning. When I tried to cancel, they refused to issue a refund even though I contacted them right away. It feels deceptive and dishonest.

Pros
The biggest advantage for me has been the convenience this software offers. It's becoming more common everywhere and being able to finish documents and collect all the necessary signatures in one place saves a huge amount of time.
Cons
Didn't run into anything I dislike at this point. If anything, I just wish I had discovered this software much earlier.

Pros
Getting documents signed and sent takes hardly any time with this and there's no need to print, scan or mail anything. It also feels secure which makes the whole process even better.
Cons
People who haven't used e-signing before can sometimes struggle to navigate the process or feel unsure about trusting it. The subscription plans can also be a bit expensive.

Pros
Everything about it feels simple to use. The notifications for when documents are ready to sign, available or already signed work really well. The links are also clear and convenient, taking you directly to the exact place you need to go to complete the signature process.
Cons
One issue is that the emails can sometimes come across as spam. With so many phishing and junk messages out there now, it would help if the company improved the overall design and appearance so it looks more trustworthy and is clearly different from suspicious emails.

It has been very simple to use and it's consistently delivered without fail unless the email address entered was wrong.
Cons
The only frustrating part is that placing and sizing signature boxes can be a bit tricky at times. I hope they keep focusing on improving that issue.

Using it feels very simple and the accessibility is a big plus since most people with a smartphone can follow the instructions without much trouble. I also really appreciate the vault feature for storing documents and keeping them available for later use.
Cons
A part that still needs more clarity is how to correct typing mistakes, what to do when a session times out and the file needs to be resent and how to categorize files properly.

This one is used by plenty of other companies which gave me a lot of confidence in the product right away. It's simple to work with and flexible enough to cover all of my needs.
Cons

Getting documents signed through it is quick, secure and simple. It has noticeably cut down delays in contract approvals especially when coordinating with remote stakeholders or outside partners. The audit trail is also very clear which makes it easy to track what happened and when.
Cons
The sending interface could be more flexible since it's fairly easy to make mistakes when adding several recipients or signature fields. From time to time, the emails also end up in spam or get missed by recipients. Branding and customization options are somewhat limited too so documents can come across a bit generic when sending materials to external contacts.

Cons

In a business where contracts are part of the daily routine, having a digital way to send them is incredibly helpful. These days, relying on wet signatures just is not always practical.
Cons
One downside is the limited number of envelopes included with each plan. If you are about to run out before your annual renewal, getting just a few extra to cover the gap can be frustrating unless you are willing to pay a lot more.
